Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Ontario

Truly pathetic. One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to. Not only is the pizza terrible but no one is ever working. I’ve waited 45 minutes for a personal size pizza - that doesn’t include the ten minutes I had to wait just for someone to take my order. TA runs both this and the Taco Bell next to it and they do it with a profound apathy. The employees are so lazy they just told me it’s closed for the night, despite them listing 11pm as closing. It’s 8:30pm.

This place is what it is. The deal sounded good. Then I got what I paid for. The only thing that wasn't burnt was the wings. Just about everything on the rack was burnt. That should've been a hint to me. I took pictures of the pizza I got. Next to no sauce on it. Dry. Mostly bread. All I gotta do is put Parmesan cheese on it and I got bread sticks too! I ordered pineapples separately. Took 10 minutes to get them. If I go back then it's because I'm tired of eating taco bell from right next to them. Plus tired of paying the high fees on GrubHub...

There's a lot of bad reviews for this place, but me personally I've had a good experience. I ordered a medium pan pizza at 7pm and there was only one other in line. I only waited 13 mins for my pizza and was very surprised thinking it'd take longer based on all these reviews. The pizza tasted great as well. Price is not the best at all, but thats the price to pay when you can't park your truck anywhere else in California for a rest. I'd give 4.5...
