Lack of quality control with orders and again, missing condiments. I told them in person I wanted the max amount of ketchup to go with my waffle fries. Got none. No napkins either. No straw. Fries without ketchup? OMG, how dare they! My chicken sandwich was the wrong one too! I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich, and they gave me an original. So I paid extra for a basic chicken sandwich. The mac and cheese side I also purchased had spillage over the side so it was all gooey and messy. It had the lid on, but you can tell when they scooped it in, a lot of it probably ran down the sides but they still gave me the messy bowl and just slapped a lid on it.
I'm wondering if it's a whole new staff along with management as well? I often come here and more so, before they did the remodeling and my order was always spot on. I don't believe management cares which reflects all the way down to the staff. I've had enough of this location and...

First, as I waited in line the cashier allowed two other customers to cut in front of us; when I asked if their was only one line or two he said one and I said ok so then why are you allowing people that came in after me to go first and he said ok your next; however, some impatient customer went ahead and just ordered as if it were her turn next and he took her order without even trying to let her know that their was only one line. Maybe the cashier was intimidated because the person was of color and had an attitude ; however, what he did was not right. I told the supervisor but she didn't seem to care because all she said was ok Ill let him know. Then my food order wasn't even correct. Like really, I regret even wasting my money in that place.
