I normally don’t get breakfast at Wendy’s. This morning I ordered 2 biggie deals for 3. Each biggie deal came with a sausage biscuit and potatoes. I also ordered 2 sausage biscuits by themselves. My son bit his biscuit and it was really soft and doughy like it could’ve cooked longer. He only ate the sausage and the potatoes. I had 1 biggie deal and 2 biscuits left. I took my son to school then went back to Wendy’s. I told the ladies working that I the biscuits were really soft like they weren’t done and on top of that they were old and tasted like they were microwaved. I asked if my order could be remade and they said NO. Then I asked if I could have a refund so that I can order again and they said NO because I had already got a deal and paid less than $10 and the whole order wasn’t there. Then they said they can make croissants for me. I gave them 3 biscuits and they gave me 2 croissants. I asked why and they said because the croissants cost more than the biscuits. I just left. It doesn’t matter if I only spent $10 or even $1, it could’ve been my last. And obviously I ordered multiple biscuits to feed multiple people so why would they send me out of there with less food than I ordered? Disgusted with their customer service. Ordered through drive thru, 2 biggie bags with bbq and ranch and 2 kids cheese burgers with no onion… pull up to the window and the manager and associate was really rude. All we asked is for extra napkins.. they held on to the card for a while, we had to wait till they gave us the card to drive away.. We pull around and notice we don’t have any Sauces and the burgers had onion on it. My husband walks inside and asked for the sauces we didn’t get but the associate was rude and said she was definitely sure she gave the sauces. She asked him to grab each bag so she could check but it was in the car the manager came up and then told the associate to get three of each sauce in Spanish, (my husband is fluent). The associate came back with the sauces and then proceeded to then charge him .50c a sauce. My husband disagreed and walked out.. we drive through the window again and that’s when she said it’s .25c a sauce. We did end up paying for the sauces because everything was so dry. So rude that they 1 don’t give you sauces, 2 so they have ti charge you on they didn’t give you in...
Read morePlaced an order online .. the app said to go in the drive thru to pick up my order... I gave them my name & order number .. they said they could not find my order... I asked them if I could just reorder since I am here & the manager on duty told me no.. She said I was welcome to call customer service to get a refund... And I could walk in and place an order.... Since I had waited for 3 cars in front of me... I did not feel like then getting out .. walking in and place my order.. I felt like she could have just taken my order ... And I do not understand why it was a big deal.. In this situation.... And bcuz they could not rectify the issue... I will not be patronizing this place... ** Update... It's been over 3 days... And I still have not gotten my refund for the order that " never came through".... No response.. no answer when I call.... Very frustrating... I suggest not using the mobile order system
