Flame Broiler — Restaurant in Ontario

I GOT BEEF w/ FB's BULGOGI... it's very underwhelming considering how good the other meats are at Flame Broiler. The meat was perfectly cooked but lacked flavor. It wasn't sweet or savory in my opinion. You know something's up when the brown rice is the best part of the meal. The veggies also tasted good, but the main attraction was lacking.

The service was fine... we explicitly told the dudes not to put avocado in our food (except for one meal) and they decided to include avocado in ALL the meals. It was kind of frustrating considering the food was already missing the mark. We got a of couple drinks to accompany our dinner.

First of all I was extremely disappointed to say the least! The first impression walking in was to go and wash my hands in the ladies room and there were no paper towels and no toilet paper. Also, the air conditioning was off and I noticed that the air temperature in the restaurant was 91 degrees, unacceptable! Also it's a hot day today, 95 degrees outside and there was no ice in the ice machine and it was only 11:30 am.
