McDonald's — Restaurant in Oregon City

Consistently getting my order wrong. Last 4 times my order has been wrong, try being nice and treating my girlfriend to breakfast and the breakfast sandwich she likes while she's in bed and you guys get it wrong once again... How hard is it to make a Mcgriddle with Sausage, Cheese, and no egg? This time that I ordered it i said what I wanted three times and they still got it wrong then they didn't even offer to give me a receipt so I can't go back now and get the right item. I will not be going back to this location or maybe not having McDonald's for breakfast in the future. This is the fourth time in a row that something has been missing from her sandwich or mine. And the not even asking if I want a receipt is also irksome.

So what i got instead was somehow hashbrowns that were both very browned, a very dark color on the outside but very soft all the way through like they were barely cooked. Then my girlfriends sandwich after I repeated myself 3 plus times "I want a Mcgriddle with Sausage, Cheese, no egg and add bacon." I was given a bacon and cheese Mcgriddle with no sausage and egg on it..... How? How? I get you all are a busy location but for the love of God I repeated myself multiple times and I even said it in the way you probably need to punch it in to the system... And still it was wrong.... extremely disappointed that everytime I try to do something small but nice for my girlfriend and treat her to your breakfast sandwich she likes, you guys get it wrong... I wouldnt care as much if it was just my stuff wrong but she's a freaking angel and keeps excusing you guys or saying its not a big deal its still okay... I can tell she's disappointed and that its not as good as it would have been so I ask her and she just smiles and finally says yes it would have been.

Its mcdonalds, so what do you expect, right? I hate McDonalds pickles. They are disgusting and they make every single item that has their pickles on it disgusting. So naturally I always ask for no pickles on my burgers. I eat here at this McDonalds often, and I kid you not every single time they put pickles on my burgers. They do not pay attention to what they are doing in the kitchen and therefore have made many other mistakes. Like I said, its mcdonalds, so you expect them to have mistakes every once and a while. But when it happens practically every day to me and then I hear stories from my friends with similar issues.... well you start to wonder how they still make any money with all these burgers they are having to remake. I hope that the owner comes in and looks around who is working the grill and fires them. It's your money dude. But some employees just arent worth it when they cost you so much money and upset your customers with frequent drives back to McDonalds. If you are reading this trying to decide whether or not to go to this McDonalds, I say it is well worth the trip to Gladstone McDonalds off of I-205 which is literally a 2 minute drive from this mcdonalds. Absolutely RUDE people work at this location! I don't get anything other than a sweet tea but I ordered chicken nuggets today and was not asked about sauce. I remembered and said something at tue window where I was paying. I was informed "it is NOT their job to ask anymore" and that as a customer "WE are supposed to say something otherwise nothing will be given". Then the guy tells me "it just makes his job so much easier!" You take orders, I'm sorry that's not that hard! One car at a time and if you have a question about the order you ask the customer to make sure it's right. Not that hard! I said something at the next window to a lady I believe to be a manager and was told again "it's a company wide thing and customers just need to remember and if they don't then oh well". I said that was rude and the she said "just don't come here anymore!!!"
