Arby's — Restaurant in Oregon

The sandwiches were good, but not as advertised when I saw them on the flyer. And it wasn't really busy, but we had a hard time finding a clean table so we had to settle for the high chairs in the middle section with the table that's too high. Those chairs and tables are misproportioned and the table needs to be lowered a few inches. If you want to feel like a little kid then by all means! I am 6'0" and my husband is is 5'7". Just imagine how HE felt if I felt like I had to reach up to eat. After dinner I decided to grab a couple of Cherry Turnovers and a cup of coffee. I heard the cashier (she was very sweet) tell the manager who was around my age (and should be able to tell the difference between apples and cherries!) that she needed 2 CHERRY turnovers and he repeated it back to her and so I assumed (yeah, I know! Yada, Yada, Yada!) that he grabbed the correct ones so I didn't check. And he wouldn't know 'truck stop' coffee if it smacked him in the face. Their coffee was cold and weak. I gave it four stars because I am hoping that this was a fluke and that manager was trying to do too many things at one time. He was also expediting in the drive-thru. At least we both had buy one get ones for our sandwiches so I had dinner the following night too. Must remember the Horsey sauce next...

I visited twice in the last week which is unusual, ordering online. While neither experience was great, neither was horrible. The first time the sandwich had a good amount of beef. The lettuce was shredded and wilty. The fries bordered on cold and seemed like they sat too long under a heat lamp. The second time I purchased the Reuben. Whoever heard of a Reuben that wasn't grilled? There was a good amount of corn beef but it wasn't evenly spread across the bread. The fries were better this time, warm but not hot. Both times I enjoyed a turnover and a Jamocha shake. I hadn't had one in ages and I specifically went a second time for the shake. No receipt or napkins and not all condiments that were requested. The staff at the window was very accommodating. Having some mobility issues, I went to the drive-thru window rather than the lobby to pick up the order. This meant the guy at the window had an extra task and he did it...

Went to arbys on central ave tuesday, July 7th. Ordered my food and went 5 mins to home. Ordered two kids meals and two beef and cheddar combos. The sandwiches were dry and wasn't too pleased with the fries. I called and talked to the manager Ashley and she said I could come back to get it replaced. Went back up and Aleigha (sorry if misspelled) took my replacement order. Both ladies were very friendly and polite, professional and caring! I always have a good experience at this store and appreciate that the one time we aren't happy these ladies were there to fix it and make it right! I appreciate everyone's hard work at this restaurant, and am very pleased they were soo wonderful! Thank you Ashley and Aleigha and all of arby's crew for always being wonderful, professional, nice and caring! You all keep rockin out with your socks out :D thank you...
