I went there this after noon and first they said they could not do hamburgers or the phillicheese steak because there grills were down so I asked her what they did have and she said only grilled chicken sandwiches or crispy or chicken tenders or the pop corn chicken so I ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches I ordered one with out tomatoes and lettuce and they messed that up they put lettuce and tomatoes on it & gave me crispy chicken the man that brought out the food said that they don't have grilled chicken sandwiches he doesn't know why the lady that took my order would ask me if I wanted grilled chicken or crispy because they don't sell grilled chicken and the grills were down so okay fine no big deal but then they got both of my shakes wrong they were not supposed to have whip cream or cherry's on either one of course what do you know they messed them up as well & they litterally were like watered down . So not only did they not even have what I originally wanted so I order what she said they did have and they made my whole order wrong I was also supposed to get tots instead of French fries but they gave me tots for some reason and not to mention it costed almost 24$ and some change but the whole order was wrong and I was not impressed at all my second time going there and they don't have anything I want got the whole order completely wrong even messed the shakes up and were watered down normally I dont complain but my whole order was messed up and they did nothing to fix it i was so upset because of how much it costed me to get things that were made wrong and food that i originally did not even want because they had there grills down and one of the young women told me that it was to hot that's why they had the grills down . & it just made me mad because they did absolutely nothing to fix the order they messed up or give me my money back and I waited over 30 minutes for everything and got a watered down shake that had whip cream and cherry's in it that was made wrong . Read morePut in a mobile app order for 7:45. Arrive at 7:46, pull into stall 2 and check in. Order tracking comes up on screen. After 15 min the order tracker goes away. I wait another 5 minutes. No sign of my food anywhere. A car pulls into the stall next to me and tries to order. I hear "drive though only". I am kinda miffed at this point because I've been sitting here for 20 minutes, my info is off the screen and they couldn't update me or tell me if it was drive through?! I back out and get into the backed up drive through line where I sit for ANOTHER 30 minutes. I get up to the window and they try to tell me they were bringing it out when I pulled away. No, never happened. I was watching the employees as I was backing out. I specifically ask them how long the already bagged food had been sitting because if it had been a while I wanted it fresh. They insisted it was fresh. I get it, pull into a spot and pull out a hot dog. Not only was it cold, I ordered it a specific way which included upcharged add-ons that were not on it, and ordered with no ketchup, and there was ketchup. Pull out the Pulled Pork tots... Cold. My daughters Mozz sticks? Cold and missing marinara. Almost an hour to get food that was disgusting.
I reached out via the "contact us" on the website. They only offered a coupon for a free small mozz sticks WITH PURCHASE. After telling them that was unacceptable after sitting an hour and the entire order was garbage, they offered to add on a single free RT44 drink WITH PURCHASE.
I don't want to purchase anything. I don't want to visit Sonic again after this joke of an experience. Offering me a small portion of what I purchased only if I buy something else is not resolving an issue....
Read moreExtremely disappointed with sonic and their service. They advertised free solar eclipse glasses with the black out slushie. They are out of the syrup to make them so they won't sell it or honor it with a different slushie. This is ridiculous once in 80 year event what y'all gonna do with those special lenses sonic keep them for 100 years in a box. Corporate greed here is just mind blowing. You think they would just hand them out with any slushie at that point and take the tax right off for giving them away as a loss. But nope not today. Guess they would rather me go blind and I don't have sonic in Michigan where I live we traveled down to Oregon specially for the special deal. Won't be returning to this sonic ever again. Staff is so low IQ 🤯 I'm mind blown. Use a different syrup make it wrong but ring it up and come off the glasses and show some good customer service. This is a failure of staff or managers I don't know but it's the dumbest argument I've had with a drive thru windows ever.. $30 on food prolly should of just left gone somewhere else. If your found to advertise a special you should honor it. Or just lied and said you were out of glasses not out...
