If I could give this place zero stars I would. I couldnāt be more dissatisfied with my experience here. I called to place a carry out order and received the worst experience with Corrine. During the entire time she was entering my order she was having trouble working the system and has to ask another crew member for assistance, which is fine. I had to repeat myself several times, again this was fine. She used profane language while taking the order as she was saying to another team member that she didnāt how the bleep to modify the order. The order needed to be modified because she didnāt know how to work the system. It took approximately 6 minutes for me to place an order for 1 sub. My husband arrived to pick up the order just as I was finishing the phone call with Corrine. As she hung up the phone she said to another team member āI wanted to slap that b** !ā -referring to me. I have never worked with such a low class, uncouth, ignorant and just down right ghetto person. I plan to...

Iāve been a regular at the Navarre Ave Penn Station for a while now, and I can't believe it took me this long to share my appreciation! From the moment you step inside, youāre greeted with a warm atmosphere that feels both welcoming and familiar. I love how the staff is so personable, always taking the time to recognize you by name, no matter what shift you're interacting with. It's those little touches that make such a huge difference! The food is nothing short of delicious. Whether it's the perfectly grilled sandwiches or the fresh-cut fries, every sub weāve tried has been so good. The freshness and quality of the ingredients truly shine through in every bite. It's clear that the team takes great pride in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe staff was very professional and friendly. The subs on the other had were terrible if I had not paid for it I would have thrown it in the garbage.
My girlfriends Philly sub had hardly any steak on it for the price you pay. My Italian sub had zero flavor, and seemed like it had more lettuce and cheese on it than anything else. The only decent part of the meal was the fries.
Neither of us have been to a Penn Station for some time now so we were expecting it to be like it once was. Clearly that has changed. Food quality and quantity are at the bottom of the barrel while price remain high.
There far to many other places out there that serve better subs for the same price. Step it up Penn Station or...
