Dunkin' — Restaurant in Oregon

I'm not the type to write reviews at all but this was unacceptable and unbelievably the worst experience i have had ever at dunkin. I had asked 2 times if this drink had cinnamon in it. Once at the drive through speaker i asked the employee if the cookie butter cold brew had cinnamon in the coffee and i was told no. I got the coffee and asked again at the window if it had cinnamon in the coffee (i can't taste a whole lot anymore since i had covid and cinnamon is one of them) i was informed no. My girlfriend who is severely allergic to cinnamon took a sip and it was loaded with cinnamon. I was filled with rage i called the store and i wont lie i lost my cool and i do apologize for that however my girlfriend could have been hospitalized. I called and spoke to the manager i spoke with informed me that there was no added sugar cinnamon sugar in the drink. I had told him i just got the drink i only added the 2 sugar and 2 creamer. He then tells me that there was no ADDED cinnamon sugar to the coffee. AGAIN i asked if there was any cinnamon in the coffee and was told no 2 times by separate employees. Then tells me it was a miscommunication because for some reason me adding cinnamon sugar to the drink would have cinnamon in the coffee. When i asked if there was any cinnamon in the drink. He then tells me to call the corporate number on the receipt because there is nothing he can do. I will be calling corporate on monday . All of these employees need to have more training on what's in these drinks so it doesn't...

For going on three weeks now their Dunkin rewards has been “having problems” according to the employees. I’ve had a free drink reward waiting to redeem for almost three weeks now. I WAS a loyal daily (usually twice a day) customer up until last week when I’ve had to pay $7 for my free drink reward everyday for three weeks because they don’t know how to fix their reward system. I also have not gained any points in these three weeks!! They’ll scan my QR code every time but on their end “they are having problems with the system” so I had to pay every day for the same free drink reward. I was finally fed up last week and Sophie was the cashier, when I asked her why this has been going on for so long and I still have to pay for my reward she snapped at me and said “I dont know how to fix it. It’ll be $7 if you still want your drink! We have a new reward system and we’re figuring it out!” I paid the $7 and I will no longer spend $7 a day at any Dunkin Donuts. Biggby is just down the road. Edit to add: the pregnant woman is usually the cashier when I come through the drive thru and she is BEYOND RUDE! No greetings ever, rolls her eyes constantly and always has a nasty attitude for NO reason because I have NEVER...

So impressed with this location, we originally wanted to go to tim Hortons across the street but changed our mind when we saw Dunkin was closer to the highway and that the tim Hortons drive thru line was too long.

The drive thru line at dunkin was very long as well so we went inside and the service was quick and efficient, the cashier was patient with my questions and the time we took to order and our food was ready almost immediately. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are passing by and in need of a quick bite.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of good vegetarian options (avocado toast, hummus toast, tomato pesto sandwich, etc). The drink options were great as well with a lot of variety (even better than Tim Hortons imo!), we got a frozen coffee which is basically an iced cappe and a mango pineapple refresher which was like a nice juice drink, I would love to try more drinks from their menu (the cake batter latte sounded good!)

The inside is clean and well kept, loved the seating, they even have multiple wireless charging booths on each of the tables! I wish we could've sat a bit longer. I was impressed/not expecting all this from a Dunkin, this will be a regular stop for us when we are...
