Starbucks — Restaurant in Orem

Okay, I've been to this location multiple times... But, when ya need a quick coffee pick me up, who has time to right a review?!? I apologize to all of you, and I'll do what I can to give you the information that I feel will help.

So, I work graveyard and that honestly is the only reason why I'm a regular here at this location. The friendliness of this staff is nearly nonexistent, outside of a choice few. They make no attempt to be courteous, nor do they appreciate you for visiting.

The location is pretty much well kept, I will give them props for that -outside of the restroom but I'll get to that later- but I have yet to visit during a rushed time, so I can't give them it too much credit.

There are two restrooms, and in my two visits, only once have they been available... They haven't smelled very well on the other occasion.

I typically order the same drink (I'll leave what it is to myself) and for some reason it appears to taste different on nearly every visit... Which, confuses me because they could be following simple instructions.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but do yourself a favor, and avoid this place, unless you are working graveyard, and this is the only one open. Haha!

As far as to the noblest of dogs, it is the hot dog; it feeds the hand...

Drive thru is great, but that is the main focus of this Starbucks location. When you order inside, they do not care as much. I've only been inside twice, and refuse to go in again. The first time I went in with a friend, and she waited a good 30 minutes before they made her drink, then when they did, it was completely wrong! The floors and windows were noticeably dirty. It was in the middle of the afternoon, and not too many people inside, so I'm guessing they forgot my friend's drink because they were too consumed with the drive thru to even clean the interior of the business. The second time I went inside, a few days ago on a weekday morning, they got my order wrong again! Smh. The drive thru is usually awesome with accuracy and efficiency, however, there was that one time I waited for about 5 minutes without anyone greeting me so I had to call the store in order for someone to realize I was in the drive thru. If you are a Starbucks usual, you would know that these wait times are extremely rare and ridiculous since most locations are always very prompt. Bottom line, this Starbucks location needs to get it together, but if you do go here, the drive thru is...

i ordered a mobile pickup order online at 7:20. the app said they closed at 9/10. when i arrived they were closed. i knocked and the employees ignored me. i went to the drive thru and honked and again they ignored me. mind you, I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR MY DRINK. i again went up and knocked with my purchase screen up to the door so an employee with dark hair opened it. she was super understanding but her manager was totally out of line rude. she asked her manager since i ordered before they closed, if they could make me my drink i already paid for. the manager said no even though she was holding the sticker tab with my name and order on it IN HER HAND. i then said “okay can I just get a gift card?” the manager told me no again. I then asked what the resolution was since I already bought the drink. she told me to go to the Provo location about 15 minutes away, and i said no because I wasn’t going to go out of MY WAY to do so. she then told me to come back tomorrow but again, I never come to this location, my main starbucks is in vineyard. super mad and disappointed in this location. i already contacted corporate office about this. would give 0 stars if i...
