I visited this shop after seeing such great reviews but unfortunately left feeling super disappointed. The shop itself was clean and the location was nice. We stopped by in the afternoon so we opted to order Chai Tea Latte’s instead of coffee and they tasted horrible. They were really bland and instead of being made in more traditional ways, they blended water with milk and then dropped a Twinnings tea bag into the cups. Like the twinnings tea bags that you can pick up from your local grocery store….When we received the drinks, we were immediately disappointed to see the tea bags but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt in case they did something more special to it but they were extremely hot and we weren’t able to taste the drink for at least 15 minutes. We wasted almost $20 on the 3 chai’s because we couldn’t drink them. Overall the chai tea was bland, basic, and extremely hot.
