It’s going to seem ironic that I give this restaurant only 2 stars after my next sentence. I absolutely love their food and continue to order because their Greek salad is my favorite. My frustration is that I order at least once a week through Uber Eats, since I don’t live close to their downtown location and 9 times out of 10, they leave the pita or tzatziki and sometimes both out of my bag. It’s extra frustrating because I leave a note on my order every single time. It has now happened the last 4 times I have ordered and today both were missing. I’ve called the restaurant the last three times and they are always polite and apologetic, but it doesn’t change the fact that I paid a decent amount of money (especially since in order through Uber) for an incomplete order. They also offer to make it right the next time and that hasn’t happened yet either. I honestly don’t even want them to make my past orders right at this point. I just want them to pay attention to current orders. I should know better by now and just completely stop giving them my business but their food keeps me coming back. This may be the last time though.
*Update: I ordered through UberEats today for lunch. No tzatziki. I added a photo. I’ll send a message through the link that...
Read moreI like this place but I'd suggest they make a couple changes (my preference). On the positive side, the atmosphere is simple, modern, bright (with lots of huge windows) and offers a variety of seating space, counter height, table, padded booth seating and outdoors. You place your order at the counter, take a number and they will bring it to you. The service was quick ... like within about 5-7 minutes. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki Plate @ 13.95 +plus 2.75 for bottle water. The quantity and flavor was the two best things that gets highest marks. There is a TON of chicken on those two skewers (photo is deceptive), with a very nice grilled flavor. The Greek salad was a good size but it was very yellow, I prefer more green. The down side is the Chicken was cooked too long, it was really dry, inside and outside ... a real bummer, glad I had water handy. The second thing was the first half of my meal, loud head-banging music was blasting and quite irritating for any type of relaxation. Then it seemed to lighten up a bit for the second half of my dining experience. Music should be relevant, but middle of the road for all customers. I look forward to giving this restaurant...
Read moreOur visit to this Mediterranean restaurant was an unfortunate experience. Upon entering, we were greeted by standoffish staff, setting a negative tone for the evening. The issues extended to the food; my gyro came with two pieces of pita bread casually thrown onto the plate, with a pile of hard, semi-cold meat in the middle. This is a far cry from how a gyro should be presented and tasted. Felicia's "Great Greek Plate" was also misleading, as the rice shown in the menu photo was absent and we were informed it would cost extra.
The disappointment was amplified by the $45 we spent, which is a significant amount for such poor quality and service. At this price point, one would reasonably expect much better food presentation, temperature, and taste. Instead, what we got felt closer to a fast-food experience, but at a fine-dining cost.
In summary, I cannot recommend this restaurant. From the poor hospitality to the subpar food and misleading menu, all at an unreasonable cost, there are far better options for a satisfying...
