Starbucks — Restaurant in Orlando

The staff here is top-notch! I went here every morning and a few times at night during my stay. The food and drinks were good, but for me, it was the staff. The staff immediately took note of my mobility issues and would always willing to bring the drink to me even though I was getting up to meet them at the counter. When I mentioned that the drink wasn't sweet enough for me, they suggested an extra shot of vanilla, which was perfect. The staff here is noticeably unbelievably rude and unprofessional. The same two girls have been our baristas throughout our stay this week, and the service and quality of drinks have been awful. The girls actually roll their eyes at each other and laugh when customers order drinks despite the fact that everyone can see them. They have been this way all week, but we’ve finally decided to wait until we’re in the parks to get coffee for the rest of our stay. Aventura is an amazing hotel as well as their staff, and the employees at this Starbucks are a sad misrepresentation...

Hardly a Starbucks. Just go off site for coffee. Very rude staff. Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I ordered a standard drink off the menu and they didn’t make it right and proceeded to correct me multiple times when I tried to have them fix it. They took the drink back a modified it. Most Starbucks will let you keep the drink and will make you a new one. Horribly rude staff, overpriced...
