I went to this location with my daughter for lunch, we went through the DT and ordered. Paid cash, got no receipt, took our food and went home to eat. Get home and as she starts to eat I open up my Big Mac, that I ordered no onions w/ xtra sauce and the Big Mac had ketchup added to it. I called and spoke to the manager on duty, Morgan, and we discussed me going all the way back to replace my food. So I let my daughter eat and then we hopped back in the car and went to get my food, half way there I’d decided I just wanted my money back for JUST the burger because we ate the fries and I had the drink at home. Get there and explain to Morgan, at the drive thru that I changed my mind and would like just a refund for the sandwich. She argued with me that a refund was not discussed nor could she do it without a receipt and offered to replace my food like we’d originally discussed. I asked her to look up the receipt because I didn’t have it with me, I knew the specific time it said on the Grill Slip(1:06PM) and she himmed and hawed telling me she couldnt find my receipt in the system. Her condescending tone and unwillingness to solve the issue swiftly caused me to become extremely angry so I left the drive thru, came all the way back home, got the bag out of the stupid trash and went back. This final time I physically went into the store and there she was, standing among her coworkers, and when I gave the bag to her she asked me where the receipt was and I told her I paid cash in the DT and never got a receipt for the transaction, only thing was the Grill Slip on the burger, which didn’t have much info. Just the time, the order and other meaningless numbers to me. She decided to keep questioning me saying that the grill slip stated the order was taken at the front counter. I told her again, that I never came inside when I originally ordered, she argued and wouldnt believe me so I raised my voice and just let my anger loose once I realized she was going to do NOTHING. Caused a scene and left the place. GET A...
Read moreI don't typically write negative reviews, but after multiple disappointing experiences, I feel compelled to share my concerns. I worked in fast food for five years and even managed a restaurant similar to McDonald's, so I understand the pressures of the job. That said, this location has left me frustrated more times than I can count. Let me start with the positives: the breakfast staff here is great. They’re efficient and get the job done right. However, the night shift is a different story entirely. Specifically, when the white, skinny manager with long brown hair in a ponytail is working, it’s a constant issue. Missing or incorrect items, delays of 30 minutes for simple orders, and a general lack of attention to detail have become the norm. On top of that, the cleanliness in the restaurant is appalling. On several occasions, there’s been food on the floor for days. It’s frustrating to see the same pieces of food there day after day without anyone bothering to clean them up. I’ve also had two separate occasions where I had to turn down ice cream cones due to hygiene concerns. The first time, the employee had long, dirty nails while making the cones, which was incredibly off-putting. The second time, I watched an employee take out the trash with his bare hands and then immediately go back to making ice cream cones. I know there’s a small piece of paper around the cone they’re supposed to touch, but it’s hard to trust that level of specificity when the hygiene practices I’ve seen are so questionable. Unfortunately, we don’t have many other affordable options, so we end up at this location more than we’d like, but the consistent lack of quality is making it harder to continue to give them our business. It’s disappointing to see a place that could be doing so much better, especially when so many of these issues...
Read moreMc Donalds store# 5981 I pulled up at their drive thru on July 25th on my way to work. I ordered a couple of hamburgers when I pulled at the 1st window, the cashier who took my payment was nice but then I pulled up at the 2nd window and saw 2 workers standing there laughing and joking I sat there for about 3 minutes waiting for my food and I didn't know how much longer I had to wait so I asked for a refund then the store manager walked up to me and asked me why I wanted my money back I told him I'm running late to work and I've been sitting here for a while, he yelled at me to move my car, go away or he would call the cops. I refused to my move my car because they took my money and even if the cops were actually called I would be in the right because I only asked for my refund, I was calm and didn't break any laws. When that manager noticed that I know the law better than he does, he grabbed my receipt, tossed it threw it on the ground and started screaming punching the desk with his fist as a way to intimidate me he was throwing things around and punching their cash register like a person who has mental illness. Then another worker walked up to me and apologized for the manager's weird behavior. That same worker gave me my refund. That manager's name is Branden, I don't know if that's really his name but that's what I was told. I was waiting for him to call cops or touch me so I can sue the Kentucky Fried Chicken out of them but he never did. His behavior was unacceptable, I should have recorded the interaction and posted it online. That restaurant is very unorganized. If they don't fire that manager they will end up with a massive lawsuit down the line....
