I made an order it was a reward I earned from being a loyal customer. So it didn't cost anything. I went into the store was greeted they had plenty of opportunity to tell me that my sandwich was not made right cause they ran out of the only bread I will eat so. When they didn't tell me to the trip back to the store in total having to go back to the house 45minutes it was a mobile order everything is written for them they have my phone number so they could call me to tell me they ran out of the bread. But instead the staff decided to waste my time. The manager gal told me they ran out and they don't have it anymore. Then as I waited for the manager to throw away the sandwich. As I was waiting another staff member was offering the rosemary bread but they'd have to wait. So it IS about getting a sandwich for free and this manager gal was trying to prevent me from having the sandwich I wanted. If she knew anything about customer service I would have waited the 15minutes they were telling other guests but I guess other guess are more importance to loyal guests that earned something for free. So now instead of making it right this manager just caused me to never go to here again. I don't need to be lead on to some point system only to be cheated by some so called manager that couldn't have made me aware that the sandwich was not what I ordered on the phone or when I went in the building and was greeted by the staff. Read moreHORRIBLE SERVICE, me and my family dined in yesterday at about 3:30. The experience was terrible from them making it r food to when we set down and eat. They were taking other orders over me yet I had paid for my food already. I feel as if it was racism going on and I’m not the one to pull that card so you know it was bad. While fixing my food the guy put vinegar instead of oil which the oil is all I asked for he got mad and didn’t want to make it over he told me it doesn’t matter. The worker came picking up the rugs once the others left out and start dusting them while we were sitting down eating right in infront of us very rude and nasty. Read moreI was in the store on 9/28/18 at 2:10pm. When the middle person (that puts the condiments on the sandwich) put my sandwich in the bag the bag ripped and my sandwich hit the floor. He quickly picked it up (stuffing the meat and insides back in with the wax paper) and looked me in the eyes and asked me if I wanted him to make me another sandwich. I stared at him in disbelief. The young lady at the register had to tell him that he needed to remake the sandwich. I found this to be incredibly rude and quite STUPID. I am out done. What if I missed the sandwich hit the floor? Would he have given it to me anyway? I assume so since he saw absolutely nothing wrong with offering it to me after he picked it up off of the FLOOR!
