I was at the mall, doing different errands with my mother, and I walked special from one end of the mall to the other to get my Birthday Pretzel (and purchase a lemonade) only to be told, “it’ll be 10 minutes”, and my mom and I went to the food court to rest. We returned to Auntie Anne’s only to be told “it will be 10 minutes”(also to be treated like I am illiterate,) was told that my coupon is only valid for “shaped pretzels”,(which conveniently enough were not in the case, but their were plenty of pretzel nuggets being added to it). They told me it would be 10 minutes until my pretzel would be ready, and when I picked it up, I asked if I could have my receipt (or at least a copy) to match up for my mom to match up to bills, the employee responded, “um that will be tough”(like people don’t ask for their receipts too often).
I will have to think twice before going to this auntie...
Read moreThey are on the far end of the mall over by Dillards side which is nice as the food court sits in the middle, so it covers an area that doesn't have much otherwise. They do make pretzels pretty frequently so they are usually fresh. Every now and then we'd had ones that tasted a bit older, but not the norm.
There isn't much down this hall and it's not as highly trafficked as the other side or the food court. It's good to stop at for a quick bite / snack. I love their pretzel bites with cinnamon and sugar.
Overall: B A-Ok for a quick grab and go snack. Try the pretzel bites with cinnamon and sugar. Not much else...
