I would rate as 0 stars however, it won't allow me to do that for this review. I placed two separate orders from this location yesterday evening. One was ordered online and one was phoned in to order. Upon picking up our order and bringing it home we noticed that the pizzas we had ordered were not as we had requested, and they had seemed to be a bit under cooked. Also the two seperate orders of wings we had ordered had barely any sauce and seemed to be not freshly cooked.
The next morning we waited for the store to open and gave then a call to inform them of what had happened. We spoke with a manager by the name of "Brittany". She seemed highly concerned and apologized for their mistake and offered to replace the items in our orders that we not to our satisfaction. I told her that we could not pickup or order anything until after my wife and kids were home from church. She told me not to worry that she had it entered into the system and that any team member would be able to replace the order for us at anytime without any issues.
All of this took place just before noon. At roughly around 4:30PM I called the location to place my order. I spoke with a guy named "Roger" who claimed to be the store's general manager. He told me that he would not be able to replace the order and there was nothing that he could do about it. He stated that there had been two prior replacement orders for our phone number, one in January of this year and one in February. I told him that there was no way that could be true because I had never had to have any other orders replaced and that this would have been my first time ever requesting a replacement for the order. He made me feel like an unappreciated customer and more less told me that he could care less about what was made wrong or what they had not done properly. Policy is policy he stated.
So immediately I phoned the corporate office for Domino's and now am awaiting a call from the franchise owner or his staff. The franchise owner is John Glass for this location.
I may consider changing my review upon speaking with then in regards to this issue. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere when wanting to order pizza or wings or even subs. My reasoning for telling you that is simply because if you order something and expect it to be exactly as ordered, you will not receive that sort of service from this location. Read moreOne Saturday evening while watching college football I felt a rumbling in my stomach. I thought that Domino's would be the right choice as they were typically fast and good. However this was far from the truth. I used domino's tracking to track my order and the pizza transaction seemed to be going smoothly. Then at a reasonable 15 min later it had said that my pizza was on its way. I reside about 6 min from the store so I expected a fast delivery. However I stood outside waiting for about 45 min. My hunger was growing and my will to carry on was diminishing. I then decided to call the store to see what part of the pizza delivery process they were confused about. However when I called I was on hold for about 10 min and by the time I got to talk to someone my pizza had finally arrived. I payed the man and went back to my room to watch football only to find out that I missed the forth quarter of the game I was watching. With a stomach longing for nourishment and no game to watch, I opened the pizza box. The pizza slices, to no surprise, where lopsidedly cut and very uneven, however I was so ravenous that I forced myself to eat it. This Domino's was a very large disappointment and I will now be taking my talents to team up with Peyton Manning and be ordering Papa Johns for my Football craving needs...
Read moreWould not recommend this location to anyone. They treat you very rudely, primarally the evening staff. The general manager "Roger" is highly disrespectful, and if they make your order incorrectly or not to your expectations, they do not follow through with their guarantee that's clearly printed on their food boxes.
My husband and I placed two orders yesterday evening for our family. We specifically stated how we wanted to food made, and to our surprise, the food was not made properly or even as we had requested.
After my husband spoke with them this morning, they promised to make it right and replace what was wrong. Well that's what we were told anyway. When my husband actually called to place the order several hours later, everything had changed. Another manager who claimed to be the actual store manager "Roger" refused to replace to order and showed no concern as to what was wrong or how they could fix it. Instead he made my husband and I feel like unappreciated customers who he could care less about wheither we were satisfied or not.
Look elsewhere, especially if you order things as a special order. You will get what you get, and if you didn't get what you had a tually ordered, to bad because they will not do anything about it, even something as simple as replacing it or...
