McDonald's — Restaurant in Oxford Township

Overall, this McDonald's is constantly good. I usually have no complaints. My food is always good and most of the time is correct !! I would say one of the best local McDonald's . They tend to be busy a lot, but that doesn't usually affect the service. I would say that over the last two years, I have had only one bad experience, and considering the number of times we had visited, we had thus locations that's really nothing. We are creatures of habit so we almost always get the same meal when we come in . It's always right, and the fries are almost always good !! We enjoy the app now. It's nice to have already placed the order or to just give the code . The best part of using the app is not having to pay at the window. If you have the card saved to your app, then it just automatically pays!!! That is just a wow every single time !!! I love it, and I hate that I didn't start using the app sooner !!! Also, another cool part about giving the app code or ordering from the app is that the order taker always greets you by name, which adds a little personal touch . I like that you can reorder previous orders as well !! Also, if you forgot something on the app or the option isn't showing, no worries, they always make sure to ask if you need to add anything . I'm a Door Dash driver and most of my deliveries are in Oxford. McDonalds is the busiest restaurant in Oxford. They are open 24 hours and slow times are rare. After watching these people for a couple of years, I decided to see if I could work there and be as productive, efficient, and work 8 hours at the near speed of light pace as the experienced employees do. I applied, was hired, and quit after only working a little more than 2 months. The employees at McDonalds need to be praised not chastised. So whether you're in your car doing the drive thru gig, ordering in the lobby, or picking up a delivery order, don't forget to thank them and praise them for doing such a good job. And if there's a mistake in your order, or the lines are long and they're playing catch up please don't fret. Breathe slowly and deeply and let noradrenaline in and keep adrenaline contained. Went here tonight and had the worst service EVER! They were busy which was fine no biggie. Once i got to the pick up window the manager was so rude not only to the drive thru but inside as well. The lady handed me my drink then walked to register and through someones food on a tray across counter, then a forein man was trying to order and she rolled her eyes and told him ok do you know what you want or not. And as i was sitting in my car looking in she rudely waves to me and says hi (really smart ass) then comes to the window and is talking to other employee saying well they people have to deal with it. Then she looks at me and says you need to pull forward. I said ok thats fine by now ive already been in line 30 minutes. Get to window and wait 10 more minutes and she finally comes hands me my food and as i ask her name she slammed the window in my face.
