Arby's — Restaurant in Oxford

Most of your fast foods will taste the same, so it's mainly based on the employees, and in this case. They're awesome! My favorite thing about going places is when they give you that feel good feeling of, 'good to see you back!' or that first name basis. Im ashamed to say that Im horrible at remembering names, so I don't remember their names, but my name is remembered there. It feels great when you have people like that, and who are alwAys kind to you. But aside from the employees being genuine human beings, they're fast and seem to enjoy what they do. I once ordered a cookie there, which is usually heated without having to ask, just a cookie, well it took alittle too long and before you know it, someone asked did I ever get what I ordered, once I told them no, they very nicely and quickly gave me two. I thought, ..heeeeeyyyy, this whole wait paid off, go me! ! But they really do a great job, and i always ring that bell when...

We haven't ate here in almost a year, but gave them a try last weekend and what an improvement! Last year the beef was sliced thick and tasted funny, but the folks working last Saturday night must've been trained right, the meat was shaved thin and tasted very good! The two guys at the window was very friendly and polite, they had no problem adding to our order at the window. So nice to see the younger generation actually working, and trying to do a job well done, because we've experienced a lot of kids that have been rude, and not doing their job at all. It was the same crew working when I went back during the week and the food was excellent! The fries was hot and fresh the 1st time, but not the second time, and only filled about half full, so the curly fries can be a hit or miss, but the sandwiches...

Went threw the drive thru and had a almost 100$ order. Got to the window and the guy James working the window had a attitude problem. We got our order and my sister asked him for extra sauce he then proceeded to get an attitude and tell my sister the amount of Arby's sandwiches equals the sauce we got and then proceeded to throw the sauces in the bag and trys to argue with my sister about it. My sister told him we spent a good amount of money least they can do is give one or two extra sauces, he then trys to argue so my sister drove off. I worked customer service and the drive thru at plenty of establishments I've never seen anything more rude than what that guy gave. He was not taught proper customer service training.
