I stop here every morning for my iced coffee and often get a plain bagel with plain cream cheese. When I first started ordering the bagel and spread (about 8 months ago) I'd have trouble every now and again with the lack of spread on the bagel. I complained twice, contacted by the manager by phone call and was offered a free replacement both times, took advantage of one, but refused the second. Frustrated when it happened again I just stopped and bought/made my own for a while. Recently I started buying them again, and despite the change in staff, I have still had issues. Not really wanting to complain all over again I tried asking for extra cream cheese. At first they obliged a couple times, but in the last two weeks they've started trying to charge for an 8oz cup and thrown it in the bag. As this progressed I started to realize that the lack of spread on the bagel was ripping me off and I was further ripping myself off by spending the extra 1.99 for the cup. Yesterday, I'd finally reached my breaking point! You'll see by the pictures, the first is not always usual but very close to it; a near naked and lightly toasted bagel, this one being the worst I've gotten which is why I took the picture (not the first time I've done it). I didn't order one the next day but yesterday I did. After having to pull up and wait about 5 mins the employee came out and the extra cup I'd been charged for was not in the bag. She ran in and got it, then I rolled the top of the bag down and went on my way. About 2 hours later when I was able to finally eat my bagel, I opened it to find the second picture- a nice blackened near naked bagel. Needless to say, I will NEVER order one again in my life, that angered me to no end. Not only was I constantly ripped off when ordering a bagel with cream cheese without sufficient spread constantly but had to purchase more just to be satisfied, only to finally wind up with the last bagel- a burnt naked over charged bird finger staring back at me. I guess it's my own fault for being willing to pay extra for the convenience that wasn't a convenience after all and turned into being over charged like a chump. My advice? The posts about not having ingredients or supplies is very true and that's weekly, they always run out before the truck gets there. The lack of customer service is also very true. For a daily customer over the last year, I agree this location needs a serious overhaul and improvement or just needs to be put out of its misery. I can say, I went from upset, to annoyed, to seriously angry and no amount of free will fix any of it. Sad thing is it's a franchise, but has truly impacted my view of the brand entirely that I doubt can be fixed.

My wife went to the Oxford, AL location and ordered a six count of donuts (which were sweaty and stale), and a promotional $3 Pumpkin Latte. The employee argued with my wife and was extremely rude, refusing to honor the promotion that is advertised not only on the app, and online, but also in the store! Her argument was that the offer had expired on the 15th and that it was the 18th. The promotion should have been honored as advertised regardless, but the advertisement clearly states that the promo doesn’t expire until the 12th of next month! When shown this, she still refused to honor it. This is ridiculous!

I’ve tried this Dunkin’ Donuts for the last time. Every time I go, there’s a problem with my order. Today I had a free expresso because there was a mistake with my last order. I’ve tried this Dunkin’ Donuts for the last time. Every time I go, there’s a problem with my order. Today I had a free expresso because there was a mistake with my last order. My husband and I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts while our son was at Choccolocco Park. I placed our order for two drinks, an iced macchiato and an iced caramel crave. As they rang up my order they asked me if I wanted cream in either drink. If anyone isn’t aware both of these drinks come with cream and/or milk already in the drink. When I pointed this out to them they just looked at me with a shocked expression. They made my husbands drink and it was perfectly fine. We waited a few minutes. They lady said they were working on mine. I asked for straws as we waited as there weren’t any straws out. Another customer came in and was looking to pick up a mobile order but she did not see it out with the pick up orders. She pulled out her phone to show them the order and to show that she had already paid. They hadn’t even started her order yet. At this time the other employee says “yeah this thing isn’t working”. So the original cashier comes to tell me their machine is broken and they can’t make my drink. I just asked for a refund which they provided. There were almost no donuts out either. This location is connected to the gas station so it is easy to miss from the street. I was able to find it with the help of my GPS. LoL!

Though connected to the gas station the ambiance of the Dunkin side is like the traditional Dunkin. Same setup. Same colors and same vibrant staff. Woohoo! As always I ordered my usual XL Original Blend with 2 Pumps of Cream and 5 Pumps of French Vanilla.

The young lady who took my order was very nice. She had a pleasant demeanor and was swift with the placing of my order. The brew was fresh and radiated the traditional Dunkin blend that I love. I could tell by the smell and taste that I had a cup from a fresh batch which made me extra excited. LoL!

Even with my quick experience and swift staff interactions my time in the environment was pleasant. The store was clean. The donut case was clean. And most of all, my coffee was freshhhhhhhhhhh! If I’m ever in the area again I’ll def stop in for...
