Me and my Husband went through the drive through at this location, they told us to pull to the 3rd waiting parking spot. Once we got our food we searched the bags, and my husband was missing his quarter pounder that he ordered. We went inside the restaurant to let them know that we were missing our item. One worker was working in the lobby cleaning but come towards us and asked what we needed. We told her what was wrong and she didn’t say anything, just gave us a rude look and passed on the message. We eventually got the sandwich and went back to our vehicle to eat. That night on our way home my husband complained of an upset stomach. We went to bed around 10 pm and he woke me up at around 1:30 am throwing up and diarrhea. He was up all night until he could finally go back to sleep around 4:30 am. He went to work a few days after and one of his coworkers complained of the same exact experience after eating a quarter pounder at that location. I called the store informing them of what had happened and they told me they weren’t having an issue with their quarter pounders. I then reached out to corporate and currently waiting for a call back. I have eaten at this location multiple times and haven’t ever had an experience like this, but this time was a lot different! I will think twice before stopping at this location and definitely will not be getting the quarter pounder after seeing what my husband went through after eating...
Read moreI have to say that this restaurant has the nicest managers and employees I've ever experienced in my lifetime, and I'm talking about every shift...I was dropped off by grayhound late at night and didn't know the area at all. The McDonalds is 24 hours so I stopped in to warm up and feel safe .... Long story short I was trying to get back to my son in Georgia on limited funds ended up being stuck and Oxford Anniston for 3 nights.. .. I witnessed kindness and generosity you don't see these days in most churches... They take in the large number of homeless in this area treat them with respect and dignity give them free coffee and free food and don't stop there . They get to know them and talk to them...I was amazed at how many they knew by name. And the paying customers are treated with respect and dignity as well... Would recommend anyone coming through this area stop by and experienced this it's worth the stop.. On behalf of myself and my son I would like to thank all the managers on all of the shifts and all the employees for making me feel welcomed and making me feel like I wasn't a burden or a nuisance to them. Thank you for all that you've done to make what seemed like a stressful, impossible situation in my life a bright memory in my life. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon except I will drive here from Georgia and bring my son with me.. again thank you all so much and you are...
Read moreWhen you walk into establishment to order, employees, some managers as well, they do not properly meet and greet their customers. Even after standing for few minutes and trying to get managers attention, [she saw me], I was still ignored until she instructed one of the newer employees to finally take my order. Not one time did she apologize for the inconveniences she'd caused me. THEY HAVE EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS & NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS! THEY NEED TO BE RETRAINED! No matter how much of an upgrade you have added to your establishment, it's not worth anything to me if the satisfaction of the customer isn't met and made worthwhile! You should never be that busy that you overlook and not recognize your customers that you keep them waiting as they enter. You are to make them feel welcome as if they are like... right at home. This will keep'em coming back but if not they go elsewhere. I would like to add that YOUR DRIVE THROUGH STAFF IS...
