Subway — Restaurant in Oxford

I quit going and then refused to go back and refused to even eat the food that we had already ordered and paid alot of money for all the foot long sub sandwiches at the Subway in Oxford, AL next to the exchange bcuz of the fact that they were to busy with their friend's that were standing outside of the store to smoke and have a good time with all of the employee's even the main manager was just hanging outside of the store without having anyone else inside of the store to even watch the inside of the store, to take care of the customer's waiting for the customer's needing to take any orders for which more than just a few of the current customer's needs to be taken care of quickly to be able to make it back to work from them being on lunch break and then when they finally found the time and then we are placing the orders to go ahead and go they hadn't been trying to keeping up with the thing's that's never should've already have made sure that all of the employee's even the main manager was just in a little bit of a mess bcuz they didn't even have anything out with thing's to be able to prepare the orders not even just the bread 🍞 and then I know that I was thinking about leaving the place as well as the other customer's did but I had already ordered and paid alot of money for over an hour or so and then the place was so nasty thing's in the front of the whole store and we all chose not to eat due to the fact that if they kept the back of the Subway Store in the condition of the front of the store it made me wonder how clean and safe to everyone else to be eating from the Subway Store in Oxford, Alabama down from the Exchange!!! After that experience with just that one store I chose to drive to the one in the Lenlock,Alabama and then I mentioned it to that Subway Store and then about a good time later I was closer to the one by the Exchange and decided that I would try to see if they had gotten any better than before and I have to be honest they had a different crew members and then the store and the people who are working there now and then the Store was amazingly cleaned up and then they crew members were extremely helpful and friendly and the food was just as great 👍's up to the new and improved Subway Store in...

The guy that works at this location at night is terrible. He is rude and very disrespectful. My daughter gets a sandwich from this location about 5 nights a week because of my work schedule and her sports schedule. I’ve never had a problem until now because it’s usually two very nice girls that’s in there at night. It’s usually around 8:30 when we come through and he closed at that time during our last visit so I let them know that he was wrong for closing before 9pm as posted. He literally cursed me and refused to serve us that night. So tonight we got there at 7:45 and he was very rude and disrespectful to my 14 year old daughter. I feel as though management should do something about this one employee. I came in a few days ago for lunch. The sandwich maker wasn't wearing a mask as she was standing over the food to make sandwiches and talking to customers. I left without anything for this reason. We have a mask mandate for the state as number of covid cases are very high right now. Came back and spoke to the store manager who said she would speak to the employee not wearing her mask and make sure she wears it. She said the employee normally wears it but maybe forgot to put it back on after break. I come back today(days later) and the same employee is wearing her mask around her neck and not covering her nose or mouth. Very sad that this store doesn't care any more about their...
