Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Paducah

Just ordered at the one in the St. Matthews Mall in Louisville, KY and the lady told me it would be 5 minutes because they didn’t have what I wanted ready. I told her that was fine and she said we can’t give you what we don’t have! Continued to mumble to her coworker about me and my family. She was being so rude her coworker was trying to get her to leave the front line. She told the guy behind us that it would be at least 15 minutes for a pretzel. Honestly love the food so good and decent price been coming here for years. My problem is I walk up point out what I want and pay. So why in the world when I go to pay does it now show I have to tip. There is no option to not tip it says 10 15 20 and other no options for no. It didn't ever do this before so it is something they added and I'm sorry I don't feel I should tip for you handing me a cup of pretzels especially when most of the time the person ringing you up acts like you're a bother. Honest to God won't be coming back if I have to tip for nothing I'd rather go to subway and buy a auntie Anne pretzel from them...

Off putting and weird. I've never been to an Auntie Anne's before but I've heard of them and had high expectations. There were 3 employees when we arrived. One was cleaning. The second was playing on her phone and holding a pack of cigarettes. The third one took our order without saying a single word or showing any expression. There was no option to not tip. Our pretzels were pulled out of a warming tray and then the 2nd employee started making sounds at us like "bu" and "ba" until she grabbed the tip jar and ran to the back.

The whole experience was creepy and I will not be back to this...
