I am doubting there is any management here. After a year of struggling with in person dining and take out, we are done. Let me describe our final dining experience today. We arrived Sunday at noon. You chose your own seat, which from what we determined is no longer a person’s section as far as the Wild Wild West. About 10 minutes of waiting, we were approached asking if we have had someone take our order. We acknowledge we did not. He took out drink order, and he got back it to us in a few minutes. He then took our order. Our order: the $10 10 boneless wings with fries with ranch and carrots, and 6 traditional wings with large fries.
From the time we placed our order and received a portion of our food, it was a span of 27 minutes, and we were never checked on. When we received our food, we had no napkins or forks. We received cold boneless wings & fries with ranch only. He notified us that the only food was coming out. We were never checked on during this process beyond 10 minutes after our food was delivered when the waiter said our additional food was coming.
At that point, my husband ordered another beer as well as asked for my soda to be refilled. It was 5 minutes later we received our 6 traditional wings by another staff member. That was 15 minutes after the first portion of our order was received; 47 minutes after we arrived. We mentioned to her that we needed a large fry, ranch since none was delivered with the second order, and carrots. She said okay. And then nothing…Here we had 6 hot wings with no ranch, no fries, and no beverages. We finally had to ask another server to refill our diet soda.
17 minutes after we last saw our server to place our drink refills, he returned with the beer. (This was 12 minutes after our second entree arrived.) At that point, we were done.
The receipt was completely wrong as we were not charged for the $10 10 wings & fries meal, but 10 wings and a regular order of fries. He said that was only available during the weekday lunch, but It was on the mobile menu. Then we ordered the large fry in which we never received, but it listed a regular fry, which meant it was rung in wrong. The waiter removed the fry as well as the beer, and he did not charge for the soda or kid’s lemonade. I did not have the mental capacity to negotiate the other parts of the bills as no veggies or sauces were provided.
When we left, there was no one at the front counter. There was no one answering the call phone. There was no feeling of someone in control.
I realize that the service industry is struggling with employees right now, and we are generally understanding, but the lack of organization of the dining process needs to be addressed.
I have never tipped less than 25%, but today I did because with it might have been due to the lack of management, we saw other wait staff refilling drinks and...
Read moreI understand a lot of restaurants are understaffed. First time I've been to BWW since it first opened. Only the second time I've ever been there. Had a bad impression then and again tonight. The restaurant was absolutely filthy. Trash was all over the dining room. Straw papers were everywhere. The bathroom was just as bad. The toilet had been peed on. Paper towels and toilet paper all over the floor. Our server seemed to have an attitude problem. I ordered a sweet tea. It took over twenty minutes just to get drinks. Then he brought me a mountain dew and had an attitude when I asked him to bring me a tea. He even mumbled under his breath tho it was so loud I couldn't hear him. But my boyfriend did. He said the server commented Oh Lord. My food was brought out but nobody ever brought silverware or napkins. I was never offered a straw. When my boyfriend's food was brought out I was finally able to get some napkins. The person who brought his food was the first person who seemed helpful and friendly. We tried to get several people's attention when I got the wrong drink. They would walk away then turn their heads and look back but continue on to whatever they were doing. The first thing I noticed when entering the restaurant was the B on the door (health dept score). Considering how filthy the dining room and bathroom was I would hate to know the condition of the kitchen. I just tried not to think about it because I was hungry and my boyfriend likes BWW and I knew he wanted to eat there. I normally don't write reviews but our experience was terrible. I ordered the appetizer plater. And I asked for bbq sauce on the side, dry boneless wings. My wings were drenched in bbq sauce. Not what I asked for. But with the waiters attitude and being hungry I didn't complain. The onion rings were cold and soggy. I wished I had ordered a burger but considering the waiter couldn't even bring me wings with sauce on the side I know he wouldn't have gotten my burger right. My boyfriend tipped him before he paid the bill. The server had the audacity to ask if he could keep the change from our ticket. If he really needed $0.98 cents that bad he should find a better paying job and not be a waiter. He wasn't a very good...
Read moreMe and my fiancé have come to this location multiple times and we usually love it here. However this is one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. We brought a friend to celebrate her birthday and we got there at about 9:45 (we had been at atomic city all night) we were told to sit any where but all of the open tables were being leaked on by the A/C. The table beside us was moved, but we were not spoken to. After waiting 15 minutes we finally got our drinks in, and at about the 20 minute mark a manager came to ask if our drink order had been taken, and we had to ask to just get napkins for the soaked table and seats. Then we finally got our food order put in and our appetizer came out in about 15 minutes but our meals took about 40 minutes without our waiter talking to us at all. We watched a 4 person table that came in with us get thier food and a 2 person and two 4 people tables that came in after us get thier food as well. When we finally got our food he dropped it at the table and ran, probably because it tasted like it had been sitting out this whole time. My fiancés was slightly warm, my chicken was hard and cold, and our friends food was cold as well. When the waiter finally came back to ask how our food was, he didn’t even look at us until none of us responded and then he walked away. After we where done it took another 15 minutes just to get the check and the waiter told us to have a good one while he was walking away. Such bad service from Jacob (our waiters name) and we will not be back. We finally got out of this restaurant at 11:15 pm but it should not take an hour and thirty minutes to have dinner. Save...
