Poor service and extremely rude lady working, I didn’t get any protein- just just asked for a little more fajita vegetables than 5 pieces. She answers from the back- No you can’t get it, I said I don’t get any protein and her reply was “that doesn’t mean anything “ “you will be charged extra for more vegetables”. I said fine!

Very rude and condescending tone. Will never be back. And I would suggest the owner to look into a way to let go Of her if they want to keep their doors open.

Train the kids better and at least so Hi when a customer walks in. Pretty Basic.

Still the best location ever! Once again on a road trip from Atlanta Georgia to Kansas City Kansas. Paducah is our halfway point and a sort of oasis in the middle of a long drive. We visited this location August 7 at 9:45 PM, at least 15 minutes before closing. We were hoping that our experience would be better than the last location we had left. Approximately two hours prior (3210 Green Mt Crossing, O’Fallon Illinois) which was so HORRIFIC that we left before placing an order. However were greeted warmly as soon as we entered. I am a door dash delivery driver. They have the app to be able to confirm, and report the dashers. Also so that way they can see if the dasher has arrived. I confirmed pick up, and asked a simple question on why my privacy should be invaded for them to look at my phone to confirm pick up when you app on the tablet does that, and the woman started getting rude, raising her voice, and even said in her own words it doesn’t matter. So I handed the order right back to her. The time was at 12:45 pm. I am not paid by y’all, I am a self contractor who has to pay in taxes.
