I like going here because it's close to me but I absolutely will avoid this location from now on. The workers here give you as little as possible and if you don't fully scream your order I guess they don't hear you either. I asked for barabacoa and chicken. I got 1 scoop of barabacoa and then I asked about the chicken. They proceeded to tell me "sorry I already put a full scoop. It's going to be extra if you want chicken" like I wanted to have double meat. I specifically said "half and half" too so I'm sure they are just trying to gouge people and it's disgusting. Also on a side note I watched the worker beforehand and the "full scoop" was as if they had given me what I wanted from the start and the "scoop" of beans was barely anything as well. So tell them exactly what you want and Make sure they don't upcharge you. And please tell your workers to actually get enough food into the bowl. Tried to go back and was charged for double barabacoa when I got chicken and barabacoa.
Update: went back again during the day. Seems as if it's just the night shift that acts like the portions are coming out of their paycheck.
2nd update: every time I try to give this location another chance they always disappoint. This time I had gotten the same order but I had to ask 3 separate times to have enough rice. Afterwards I asked for double protein which they definitely shot changed me on. When I asked about the portions they asked if I'd like to upgrade to triple meat? I'm just going to go to a different location from now on because the workers there obviously hate people that ask for enough food. Also I did reach out and got 0 response. Management obviously doesn't care either. This whole location needs to improve their service or get some better training.
3rd update: portions were smaller than when they were trying to give small portions. Go to a different location if you really want some Chipotle. Almost walked out because I had to ask for extra stuff several times just to have a decent bowl. Obviously management doesn't care because nothing has been changed. Very...
Read moreBeware Charity Night Scam!! I brought my whole family to a recent "charity night" fundraiser where 50 percent of the proceeds were to go to a local charity. Sounds generous by Chipotle, right? I spent $142 myself and not a cent of that went to the charity! And my friend spent about $125 or so with the same result, not a dime of her spending went to the charity. And that is after we both specifically told the cashier we were there because of the fundraiser. But here's the catch; the cashier must manually enter "fundraiser" into the register and it must appear on your receipt or your purchase will not be counted. I spoke with the manager the next day, who professed total ignorance and said she would speak to "corporate in LA." Corporate did call me once...promised action and a new accounting of that night's receipts....and then never followed up. Surprise, duh. If your group has had a charity night at this location and been disappointed with the size of the check you received, now you know why. Each purchaser needs to IMMEDIATELY look at their receipt and see if it says "fundraiser" on it. If not, make them correct it on the spot. Otherwise, you'll get a fraction of what you brought to them in...
Read moreI stop in here at least once a week...takeout and dine in. I love the food, the service is sometimes spotty but no real complaint there. What I am tired of is the inconsistent amount of food they put in a burrito bowl. It so happens that when a guy is dishing up the rice, beans and chicken I get a full spoonful of each, but when the younger skinny girls are spooning it up they put half or 3/4 of a spoonful... I guess it's how they would eat. It's a pattern that I've experienced over the years. When I say something about adding more rice or beans they put a tiny amount more, but if I ask for more chicken to get the amount the guys put in... I get resistance and I've been told I need to order "double" chicken...and pay more. So from now on if one of the young skinny girls is dishing up the rice, beans and chicken when I walk in the door... I'm turning right around and leaving. There are plenty of other places to get fed in...
