Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in Palm Springs

First off, this is a review for the Palm Springs location only. In general I like Blaze Pizza and appreciate all of their vegan options. However, my experience with the Palm Springs location was HORRIBLE. We ordered a pizza and an entree greek salad. We specified no cheese on the salad. The salad arrived and had little bits of cheese throughout. Clearly someone had picked out the big chunks of cheese but couldn't get all of the little bits. That's disgusting for one. Two, it shows a real lack of respect for their customers. We couldn't eat it so I called them multiple times to report it and get a refund. They NEVER answer their phones and their voice messages just tell you to go to their website help. So I did. I filled a complaint there and got a form letter that someone from the location would reach out to me. No one did. So after a week I tried calling more. No answers. Filed another complaint through the website and received another form letter. Still no one has contacted me and it's now been almost two weeks. Filing a credit card dispute to get my money back and staying away from this location forever. What a garbage restaurant who doesn't care about their customers.

UPDATE: Look at their ridiculous response below. Asking me to use their "contact us". THAT'S WHAT I ALREADY DID TWICE. They never responded to that or anything else. Did they even read my review? What a joke. Chase refunded my money. How about instead of replying with canned responses, someone actually reach out to me?

10/3/23 UPDATE: After I was contacted by Blaze we were given some vouchers and decided to try it again on our last trip to Palm Springs. The pizza was fantastic! I have no words besides wow... Ordered two large pizzas online for pick up and waited over 30 minutes after expected pick up time. The place was busy but most of the employees were working as if there was no one there...and the place was a mess. No one bussed any tables... While waiting, I noticed them packing up an OBVIOUS burnt cheese pizza. The employee was hesitant on packing the pizza and even tried to peel off the burnt parts with the pizza cutter. Then I realized it was mine so I politely asked if I can get another one... I overheard the employee, who was manning the oven, question what was wrong with it. And didn't hesitate to express his annoyance because I inconvenienced him by wanting an edible pizza... 10 minutes later, my cheese pizza came out of the oven, followed by four other pizzas. The same inconvenienced employee packed all the other pizzas and served them before mine. Once he got to mine, it was as if he was intentionally packing it slower than usual just to be passive aggressive... I'm not one to cause a scene but boy my patience was tested... By this time, my other pizza was already lukewarm and I wanted to get out of there. Then once I got to my car, I realized they forgot my drink. So my partner went back to get it, but they were not trying to serve us any longer so they made him go behind the counter to grab it himself. This whole situation felt...

Blaze pizza the outside looked nice and caught my attention as there was quite the line during the mid day. I walk in to see a clean eating area and smiling faces awaiting their food. Restrooms while clean there are only 3 which one is only for staff. Other two being for women only and "gender" (basically if you're a dude you have to share with all the nasties". I order the cheese pie and a long with the cheese bread. A thin crust pizza just a blend of their cheese very smile came out looking amazing. Sadly it only looked amazing upon my first bite I was instantly filled with regret and sadness. The pizza burnt (not literally) and killed my soul. Bland, burnt on the bottom and just absolutely flavorless. Something like going on a first date with a cute girl only to find out her personality is absolute stank. I figured the cheese bread would save the day but....I didn't. Again very basic the bottom wasn't edible too hard for my liking and an olive oil drizzle? I felt as though someone had recognized me and held a grudge for olive oil was the only thing I tasted. For $20 affordable but I will not be back. I'm sorry but when Walmart frozen pizza tastes better for a fraction of the price the choice...
