If you are looking for a taste of authentic Greek cuisine in Palm Springs, look no further than Santorini Gyro. This restaurant offers a variety of dishes that are fresh, flavorful, and satisfying.

One of the best items on their menu is the red lentil soup, which is creamy, hearty, and spiced to perfection. It is a great starter or a meal on its own, especially on a chilly day. Another must-try is the spanikopita, a crispy pastry filled with spinach and cheese. It is a classic Greek delicacy that melts in your mouth.

The restaurant also has a nice atmosphere, with a cozy and inviting interior and a spacious patio. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the prices are reasonable for the portion and quality. Santorini Gyro is a gem in Palm Springs that will make you feel like you are in Greece.

If you are a vegetarian, you will be happy to know that Santorini Gyro has plenty of options for you. You can enjoy their vegan falafel, hummus, green beans, tabouleh, and more. They also have a vegetarian plate that includes dolmades, hummus, falafel, and...

From the moment you walk through the doors of Santorini, you’re transported straight to the heart of Greece. This restaurant isn’t just beautiful—it’s absolutely breathtaking. The ambiance is warm and elegant, with soft lighting, and Mediterranean charm woven into every detail.

But what truly sets this place apart is the food and the people. Every dish is a celebration of flavor—perfectly seasoned, fresh, and made with obvious love. The grilled octopus was tender and smoky, the spanakopita flakey and rich, and the moussaka? Melt-in-your-mouth perfection. Even the simplest items, like the tzatziki and warm pita, are unforgettable.

The servers are an absolute dream—genuinely welcoming, attentive without being intrusive, and always ready with a recommendation or a smile. They make you feel like family, and you can tell they truly care about your experience.

Whether you’re on a romantic date, celebrating with friends, or just craving authentic Greek cuisine, this spot is pure magic. I can’t...

Do you like Greek food? Just opened a few months ago downtown Palm Springs in the heart of restaurant row. Dont let the name throw you. Their is a menu of all things Greek. Had roast lamb but theres three lamb dishes. Or try beef kabob. Started with a luke warm red lentil soup. Move into calamari, not fried but steamed with a butter sauce. Great Greek salad with plenty of veggies mixed in. Sit indoors or outdoors with foot traffic going by for us people watchers. Packed house. This restaurant will do very well. Don't worry about being served, the staff is friendly and efficient. You will get your lunch or dinner in a timely manner. Slow down and enjoy the new Greek experience that is partially family owned. Its a great addition to the downtown Palm Springs experience. While you dine, enjoy authentic Greek music piped inside and out. Not too loud, just the right volume to really soak in this Mediterranean style fill up of...

My first time eating at a Greek restaurant. The decorations were cute. My friend and I enjoyed the patio out front. We enjoyed the wimpy (as in low alcohol - chosen for responsible reasons) beers on top of the menu. The babaganuche is way beyond better than what one can buy at the fanciest grocery store. I really loved the spinach pie appetizer and liked the penne Jenga block entree plus the salad alongside. I also liked the soft cheesecake despite being full. This place is in its “hole in the wall stage” so I recommend not to set your expectations too high.

My wife and I have been here a few times before and atmosphere and food has always been good. This time I got the Chicken Kebab plate with Greek salad and Pita bread with Tzatziki and Hummus, which was very tasty, but portions have gotten smaller. My wife got the Lamb Greek bowl which was ok. It came with Gyro instead of real lamb which was disappointing. Plus, we go (1) Greek Aris beer with the meal. The bill came to $64.59 including tip which was very expensive for lunch. I like the Greek food but getting too expensive for us.
