Wine Cellar 510 — Restaurant in Papillion

I don’t often do this but due to the service that my mom sister and I had on Mother’s Day I thought it was necessary. There was a blonde who was waiting on us and to say that she was rude it would be an understatement. I’ve had this problem before in this bar. The drinks we were ordering kept getting smaller and smaller and I asked her if I could get a full glass on my next order and she very rudely slammed the glass down and never came out again. Even prior to this incident you can tell she’s judging us and didn’t want to wait on us.She must have sent somebody else to Serve us. I frequent this establishment often, typically on Wednesday. I am the only minority (African American). This post is not an insult to the establishment, rather the type of people who go there. I overheard a comment from the only occupied table; “ I am not racist, just privileged”. This comment was followed by laughter throughout the table. All were Caucasian. This was a very unsettling feeling. This behavior is absolutely disgusting. It is not 1960. This type of behavior is not acceptable at all. Love the wine and food, but it's routinely difficult to order, unless you walk up and do so at the bar. We are now in the habit of first ordering at the bar (because otherwise we'll be at our table for 15 minutes before we get any attention). The floor wait staff then hands us our drinks/food and runs before we can ask for anything else. Good luck finding them to order anything additional or if someone new joins your group. It's like the wait staff hides in the kitchen all night. Sometimes they are busy gabbing with another table...
