Update 9/26/23
Your right hand side front door needs to be fixed. It tends to stay open, increasing your power bill.
Your men’s room door trim is damaged. And the inside is graffitied.
Your employees should really be friendlier, offer sauces, wipe down/clean up the dining room more regularly.
Update: 9/23/23
I go to the counter inside to order. A single Del Taco that I’m about to redeem on the app with points. They have one young Latino guy, with a bit of a lisp, who’s mainly working the drive thru, and apparently taking dining room orders as well. He argues with me, telling me that I need to order another to validate the offer. WRONG! That is NOT how you treat a customer. He said that there was another offer like that. Ok. There might be, but this wasn’t it. The proper way to have done it would be to scan the QR code after putting the order in on the register. Which is exactly what Stephanie told him to do. And this moron would’ve seen that HE was wrong, not the customer.
You really need to get a better staff here, and train the employees better. I worked at a Taco Bell in 1988/1989, when it was much more difficult to work a register. And there were no apps.
This location is by far the worst one in Spring Valley.
Six months ago: It’s 7:11 PM on a Sunday and they ALREADY locked people out of the dining room, though the sign says it’s open until 9p.
If you’re going to close early, put a sign on your door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The young Latino girl with the dark straight hair behind the counter, just made a face at me when I told her that a lot of the dining room tables were dirty. Totally rude and unprofessional, like I was inconveniencing her by pointing out that someone should do their job while people want to dine inside. She was also wearing a mask, we’re three years into this fake pandemic and she’s still wearing a mask. This happened at about 7:20 tonight. I’d tell you her name, but she probably wouldn’t...
Read moreThey closed at 930pm on a Sunday when website states hours of business as 24 hours. We walked in at 920pm and placed our ordered and I asked to use the restroom and the cashier said it was already cleaned and they were closing soon. My girlfriend asked what time they close and she said 930p, it was currently 922pm. So I patronized this establishment during business hours and was denied access to the restroom facilities. We waited at least 15 minutes for our food and during this time the Manager locked the doors before 930p, and every time someone left another patron would enter. This happened 3 times and each time she would make sure door was secured so no one else could enter. It got busy at 930p people were waiting outside because they thought business was still opened. I finally got my food and it was crowded at the counter at this point. The employee called my number and just pushed my food at me without looking at me and didn't say thank you, sorry for the wait or anything, she said nothing to me. When we exited I let 2 more people inside that were waiting to come in because it was still early in the night (940p). I don't understand why they closed early on Sunday night (6/1/25), clearly it was getting busy if I were the Owner I would stay open later. Also, the crew started preparing for closure early because they just wanted to go home and didn't care about the customers. Ps the food was good so no complaints about that just the...
Read moreOne Star. This place is a disaster. No self-order tablets, no employees in sight when I walked in. I figured it would be quick since the lobby was empty—big mistake. It took forever for someone to show up so I could even place an order.
After waiting nearly 20 minutes, a crowd of people had built up, all waiting for food. I watched two workers sprinting around in the back, clearly overwhelmed and understaffed. A tub of chicken sat out on the counter for over half an hour—nobody touched it.
Still hadn’t received my food, so I asked for a refund. That’s when the poor girl behind the counter, completely frazzled, realized my order had been sitting on the counter the whole time. No one was delivering food to customers—just chaos.
The drive-thru was slammed, the dining area was filthy, and I couldn’t even get a fork. I ended up walking behind the counter to grab one myself—and what I saw back there was disgusting. I couldn’t bring myself to eat the food. Absolutely unacceptable....
