The "genleman" working the late shift (1:30am-ish) tonight (10/07/22) was THE rudest employee I have ever encountered at any McDonald's! I knew it was going to be interesting when he snapped at the person in front of us who was trying to order. So much so that we could hear him from our car and it caught our attention. We proceeded to try to order and he didn't even let me finish before saying that they didn't have what we were asking for. We said that it was literally on their menu board and he talked over me again saying they were missing ingredients for that. Okay...kind of rude but we just adjusted our order, saying a large # whatever, and he snapped at us saying he needed a size...well maybe I was too quiet right? Ordered my other item and hoped for the best. Didn't get any better though. He practically threw the food at the car in front us, snatched OUR card, and when we asked for sauce for nuggets he snapped yet AGAIN saying he'd already put it in the bag. How when you never asked? Checked the bag anyway just in case he is a psychic on the side and of course no sauce. We waited for him to come back to the window and asked for sauce again, and he had the nerve to shoot us a dirty look, talk to himself with the SOUREST look on his face as he was coming back, and shoved the packets at me. Didn't even let me say thank you, nothing before he scowled again and slammed the window shut, as much as he could, and walked away. I heard the guy behind us also call him a jerk after THEY ordered but it could have just been a coincidence, although I doubt it. I understand that it was late, that food service can suck, and that he may just have been having a rough day but geez! Really...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. Asides from being at the end of horribly long wait times, I decided to use the app for the first time which (idk if it was for my birthday or for first time using the app) offered me a free Big Mac with purchase. So I ordered a Large Caramel Frappe ($7.00) and the Big Mac. Once I got them, I decided to use the restroom to freshen up. I left my backpack and my phone on the table with my food, as well as a roller bag on the ground next to my table.
I came out of the restroom about ten minutes later to find that everything except my food was still there. When I asked the kid who was bussing the tables if he knew what happened. I could tell from his face he felt horrible as he told me he threw it away, and it was his fault cause he thought I was gone.
But all of my things were still at the table... I don't understand why they thought I would be gone. He went to the manager with me in tow, and the manager straight up looked at me, looked at the kid and said (about me) "it's his fault, he took too long in the bathroom" then he refused to even speak to me unless it was to place another order, as "that's the only way you're going to get a replacement"
So they threw away my food, then insult me, then insist that if I want to replace it, I'll have to put another order in and pay for it AGAIN! I've never seen such blatant disregard for a customer, or that level of disrespect, especially after they themselves screwed up and threw away a brand new order...
Read moreI live right behind that McDonalds for the past 3 years and I usually don't ever eat McDonalds and I was introduced to the breakfast line and I am NOT a breakfast person or a McDonalds person I burn myself out on McDonalds when I was 15 I always order the sausage burrito hashbrowns and an oatmeal my order has never been messed up if I go in and order. a couple of times my order has been messed up with trivial things like when I say light ice and they gave me a cup full of ice and when I'm done taking all the ice out of a large drink I have about a third of sweet tea left in my cup or maybe I order a hamburger with no pickles extra onions no mustard and they put pickles and mustard but other than that its only been to the drive thru with that kind of messing up but when you're inside you just gotta tell them over and over exactly how you want your order even if you have to repeat yourself two or three times and if you're afraid of getting you food mess up or your order taken wrong you need to get your order taken by a manager that means anyone not wearing a black shirt and have them make that food in front of you or if you can watch them make it so you can catch them on their mistakes and don't leave the counter other than that I've never had any problems ordering my breakfast which I go there every day and I have been for about a month and a half to two months and now they serve breakfast all day I'm...
