Awesome experience, the staff alone are very professional, kind, fun and very helpful! SO, I if I am not mistaken his name Josh the Hispanic guy with beard and pony tail was very very generous to help me find my lost bag as we all were touring the trails, I realized I had dropped it and left it behind somewhere as riding and not paying attention to it, BUT long story short at mid point rest area I notice I didn’t have my bag on me and told him, he was very kind and helpful to go back and find it for me which he did thank god!! That right there was professionalism! So this company do cater to their customers BUT for the experience riders, i rode in the back of the line and had a blast not acting crazy on the bike but had a gap between us riders and was able to enjoy the ride with a great amount of space and speed. All bikes are automatic NO CLUTCH are on these bikes as they are already rigged not too... BUT overall still was a fun experience. So pick up they pick you up at a corner store where you can grab some drinks, food to eat before the ride I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you to bring some water or Gatorade cause it’s hot and somewhat windy although they have water out there for you. JOSH- the Hispanic guy with the bears was really cool and gave briefly information that is very concerning for your safety also was talking about a turtle that is covered by the State of Nevada that if you touch one or see one do not go by it it’s a 10k fine and imprisonment so that was interesting to hear. Accepted and confirmed my booking.
Several days prior they messaged me (via WhatsApp) asking if I could change to another day as they didn't have any other bookings for that day. I advised them I could not go any other day, but was open to other similar tours instead. No response after that.
Day prior I messaged and tried calling them to confirm pick-up time. No response.
Pick-up was supposed to be at 7am. Tried calling them at 6.45am to confirm pick-up location. The received message they would reach out shortly with pick-up details. 7.42am tried calling again. No answer. I messaged again asking if tour was still going ahead. Message was read straight away, but not responded to. Again tried calling at 8.12am. No answer. Messaged again and then advised they had put me on the tour the following day, despite me already advising them I could not make it. Advised me to call their office.
Called their office. Explained the situation. Put on hold for 5-6 minutes. Then advised yes, they could see my messages that I could not make it the following day, but I had been booked on that anyway. Then asked about getting my refund. Told I had to initiate this through the website myself.
Had they been honest earlier I would have had time to find an alternative tour.

I REPLIED THAT I WAS NOT COMFORTABLE WITH THAT AND WAS GHOSTED AFTER A FEW TEXT EXCHANGES. I NEVER SENT THE PHOTOS. I CALLED A WEEK LATER TO BE SURE MY RESERVATION WAS CANCELLED (AS I BOOKED WITH THE WRONG PLACE ANYWAY AND DIDN'T REALIZE IT) STAFF WAS VERY RUDE, STATED THEY NEEDED TO CALL THEIR BOSS TO GET APPROVAL TO REFUND. I WAS LEFT ON HOLD AND COULD HEAR THE CONVERSATION WITH THE BOSS. HE TALKED BADLY ABOUT THE OTHER COMPANY, BLAH BLAH BLAH, THEN SAID I WOULD HAVE TO PAY A $50 CANCELLATION FEE! EXCUSE ME SIR, I NEVER CONFIRMED MY IDENTITY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE CANCELLED WITHOUT THAT! I LET THEM KNOW I WOULD FILE A CLAIM WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY AND WAS REMINDED I WAS ON A RECORDED CALL.
