My boyfriend is a frequent customer of Morton’s for at least 5 years, he typically goes twice monthly.
He recently got a new job switching from Caesars property to Landry’s property and was happy that Morton’s was part of the discount program through Landys.
We unfortunately received the same waitress the second time as we did the first time who makes it extremely clear she basically can’t be bothered with us.
When we went to pay my boyfriend said he had the discount card so it could be applied to the bill, the waitress looked shocked then proceeded to say he needed his employee card which he said he didn’t have but he could call and get a copy sent to him. She then asked what property he worked at, and what position he worked at(which has nothing to do with his discount) then asked for his employee number and full name.
He happily gave this information and contacted his superior who sent him the phone of his identification. The waitress then proceeded to come back and say that they needed the physical copy of his ID as well as a copy of his paystub as actual proof of payment for the discount to which is discount card is connected too. The entire time she just continued to try to check us out so we would leave.
The way the waitress talked to him as if he was lying about being an employee and that they needed “proof” he even pays for the discount was extremely unprofessional. We weren’t even upset about not receiving the discount as it was the way she treated him and the way she spoke to him. He is part of the management team and when he said that her eyes literally widen like it surprised her that he was in a position like that.
Having a valid discount card as well as an employee number AND a photo of his current ID along with employment status that they can look up in the system should have been more than enough proof.
It really felt like the waitress just thought that he was lying and didn’t want to give him the discount. She spent a fair amount of time with her other tables making conversation and laughing but barely spent anytime on us. A manager came over to take our drink order because she hadn’t.
I personally would prefer if we never go back again as I don’t like that way he was treated or why he was treated the way he was but if we ever did we will be driving out of state to go to a different location in Californa then ever go back to the Las Vegas one.
Also, the Caesar salad was so poorly made my lettuce had brown spots and the dressing was extremely over done with mustard I couldn’t taste the...

The lighting is dim, setting a mood that’s both intimate and upscale, perfect for an evening where food takes center stage. From the outset, the host's greeting was warm and professional, setting a tone of exceptional hospitality.
Our dining experience began with an aromatic, freshly baked onion loaf, its warmth and flavor a comforting prelude to the meal. Accompanying this was the house chopped salad, which was crisp, fresh, and perfectly balanced in its dressing, providing a refreshing start.
The main course was where Morton's truly showcased its prowess. My dry-aged New York strip was a testament to the art of steak preparation. Cooked to perfection, the steak was tender, with a rich, concentrated beef flavor that only dry-aging can achieve, its exterior beautifully seared, locking in the juices. My wife's filet with béarnaise sauce was equally commendable; the sauce, creamy and tangy, complemented the tender, melt-in-your-mouth texture of the filet.
Side dishes at Morton's are not mere afterthoughts. The gouda au gratin potatoes were a creamy delight, with the cheese adding a delightful sharpness. The creamed corn was sweet, with a richness that paired wonderfully with the steaks. The Szechuan green beans offered a surprising but welcome kick, cutting through the richness with their spicy and tangy flavors, providing a well-rounded meal.
Cocktail-wise, Morton's doesn't disappoint. My Morton's house Manhattan was a revelation, garnished innovatively with a piece of New York strip alongside a luxurious cherry, making each sip an experience that married the drink with the dining in an unexpectedly delightful way. My wife's apple raspberry lemon drop was equally impressive, striking a perfect balance between tart and sweet, with a freshness that cleansed the palate.
Service throughout the evening was impeccable. Our waiter was knowledgeable, attentive without being overbearing, and had a genuine enthusiasm for the menu, which enhanced our dining experience.
In conclusion, Morton's Steakhouse delivers more than just a meal; it offers an experience. Each element, from the ambiance to the service, and most importantly, the food and drink, is executed with a precision that speaks of high standards and a passion for culinary excellence. This isn't just dining; it's indulgence at its finest. If you're looking for a place where steak is not just served but celebrated, Morton's should be at the top...
