Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in Paradise

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! 90 minutes later I called the store and Ryan basically said I was out of luck and have a nice day. I ordered online and gave my hotel, room number and phone. I paid with a credit card and waited for 90 minutes before calling. He said they stopped delivering to "the strip" but "corporate" has not fixed it yet. I'm in town covering the ROUTE 91 Festival for my media group and had a two hour window to come back to my hotel room for dinner with our crew. Your manager said the GM tried to call me but I left the wrong number. I asked why they didn't simply call the hotel and call my room number? He said they did everything "corporate" required of them and that I can call the GM on Monday because she went home. The GM said my number was wrong and made no effort to simply call the hotel to let me know that they will not be delivering our order. We ordered after seeing YOUR online delivery commercial. Be careful!!!! My wife ordered a pizza and a 6pack of budlight to be delivered to our room(huge mistake). When it arrived, things seemed normal until we went to open the beers( bottles in a 6pack carton). 3 of them were half gone and, 2 had lipstick on the rim and the remaining one had something floating in it. They had actually taken the undrank beers from the casino recapped them, and actually tried to give them to us. I noticed the caps weren't sealed immediately and told my wife not to touch them. restaurant refused to rectify situation. This is scary!!! This place seems great, until after your in line, it's Las Vegas you have so many options for great and not so great fast food. Take it from me skip this pizza, line was long staff was lacking and rude, skipped my order number as they didn't see me I had to have my husband go up and ask for it. My bother was waiting for both of the orders. He also took a chance here they called 7 other numbers after his and when he asked they said his had been ready for 5 min. We had already been waiting for 15, making it an over 20 min wait. Lots of other great food here don't take a chance for a small pizza...
