Fatburger — Restaurant in Nevada

Honestly Fatburger either had the best training team or the best hiring managers in the game.

-Atmosphere- Seating area was clean, stocked, and gave a comfortable retro diner vibe that was extremely inviting!

-Service- The service was amazing. The cashier was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The line cook also greeted us with her huge beautiful smile which already let us know our food would be made and served with love by the amazing employees. The food was hot and fresh, made to order, and best of all accurate to a T!

-Food- That was some of the best burgers that I have had, even from other fatburgers. And the Chicken sandwich was huge it couldn’t even fit on the bun. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection and the fries were even good the next day and almost never happens. Worth the price! And I could barely get pictures trying to run back to my room to eat.

Worst Fatburger, probably in the world but certainly in America! The only Fatburger that steals your money!!! Almost every single employee that works the register here is completely rude and unwelcoming, save but one young woman. Every cashier here RIPPED us off and charged us for food that we did not order and did not get except for 1 young woman. Additionally, the burgers here are WAY overpriced and they don't even offer grilled onions, which is standard at every other Fatburger in America, because apparently the staff here is too incompetent to grill some onions even though they have to grill all of the patties.... Only one type of cheese is available, unlike other locations. Furthermore, there is no small/kids option for a burger here, so you're forced to buy an overpriced larger patty for kids and smaller diets. This location is a disgrace to be part of the same chain as the greatest burger...

This was the only place I could get my daughter to eat breakfast and I had high hopes since I like their burgers. First time at the location. And let me tell you, it will be my last. I bought 2 breakfasts for her and I and also 2 waters. How was that nearly $40? Highway robbery.

Service was awful. The girl at the counter looked blankly out and did not offer to help anyone in line even though there were people waiting. RUDE!

The food was awful. And I mean AWFUL. I got the egg and cheese sandwich and it was the worst I have ever had in my life. I added pepper and that did not help. I even got hot sauce hoping to improve it but nope, no dice. It tasted like paper. Had NO taste at all. I threw it away. Even the hash browns were bad. Steer clear of this...
