My family has been wanting to come here for a while and after several years of constantly being reminded about this restaurant whenever they visit the Bellagio Conservatory, I finally made brunch reservations for us about 3 weeks in advance. On the day of our reservation (8 Jun 2024), I purposely left the house significantly early to anticipate traffic, parking, etc. because as a Las Vegas (LV) local, it can be time consuming to navigate around those elements. Needless to say, we had ~40 minutes to spare when we arrived on property, until our reservation time and we utilized the free time to walk around the Conservatory. When it got closer to our reservation time, we headed to the restaurant and stood in line. There were two lines that were formed; the left side were for reservations and specific MGM rewards card tier (I think it's Gold status and up); the right side were for walk-ins. Let's just say I am thankful we had reservations.
When it was finally our turn/time, we were greeted very nicely and escorted to our table. As you walk through the dining area, you can't help but notice the opulent, yet comfortable décor which was suitable for our family brunch. The tables had enough distance between each other in which I didn't feel like our neighbors could hear our conversations. The seats/booths were nice and comfortable, and our centerpiece contained a nice floral arrangement. Our primary server, Juan H., did a phenomenal job the whole time we were there - he was very attentive, personable, and highly efficient.
We ordered the French Toast Martini, Bloody Mary, and Espresso Martini for our drinks; the Sticky Bun, Creamy Tomato Soup, Blueberry Pancakes, Ham Benedict, Crispy Chicken Sandwich w/Fries, side of Fresh Fruit, and Sadelle's Vegas Bundle (chose the Vegas Omelette in that bundle) for the main entrées and shareable dishes. Everything, and I mean everything, were beyond magnificent. To be honest, I had it in my head that this restaurant would've been overrated and that the food quality wouldn't match all the hype surrounding this business. Needless to say, I was wrong to think that and the food quality was extraordinary.
The prices were slightly higher than what you normally would pay at a brunch restaurant, but keep in mind, you are in the Bellagio and on the LV strip area so everything costs an arm and a leg whether we like it or not. As a LV local, I like to experience those on strip restaurants once in a while so I can pretend to be a tourist in my home city. So during those "once in a while" experiences, I'll swallow my pride and navigate through the heavy crowds and pay the outrageous prices just to try a new restaurant here and there. I highly respect Sadelle's and quite frankly, the majority of MGM properties, for their continued support to the active servicemembers and its Veterans - thank you for that!
If I were to pick one thing I'd change about this restaurant is to eliminate/prevent those birds from flying around in the restaurant. They are very distracting and at times cause a startle when they quickly fly over your head while you're eating/drinking. Also, from a sanitization standpoint, I'm not a fan of any type of animals being around the food I am consuming...it's just disgusting to me. Not to mention, I've had bird droppings land in my food one time and ever since that experience, I've never been a fan of eating around birds. Other than this, I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone! Note: Plan ahead if you're wanting to eat here; be sure to make a reservation; and start standing in line about 15 minutes before your actual...

Sadelle’s is a new addition to Bellagio that’s known for being one of NY’s favorite brunch spots. It is an Instagram paradise from the decor to the food presentation to the cocktails!
We went during covid, so it was purely reservation-based on the MGM website. This worked to our benefit because the line can be pretty long here so we didn’t have to wait at all. If you’re a fan of the myvegas app, you can definitely cash in your $10 reward off a $50 purchase. You’ll have no difficulty racking up that much for a party of 2.
Now whenever someone tells me “breakfast all day,” that’s music to my ears. So you can guess how excited I was to wake up in the afternoon (Vegas, am I right?) and still have a great selection to choose from.
• SADELLE’S SIGNATURE BREAKFAST ($32) — Comes with Salmon Benedict, choice of sticky bun or cream cheese danish, fruit, and choice of coffee — The salmon benedict is absolutely D E L I S H! If you want to know what a great eggs Benedict tastes like, order this dish. — Sticky bun is typically ordered here as an ice cream sandwich so we were really glad to have this as a bonus. It’s sticky as the name suggests and has a light, apple flavor that balances out the rest of the sweetness. — Iced coffee - pretty standard and comes with sugar and creamer
• BELGIAN WAFFLE ($16) — For the price, I’d skip this one unless you’re sharing it. The waffle comes with just powdered sugar and maple syrup but since my boyfriend got the fruit serving I had added it onto my waffle. The fruits are actually an additional charge which I couldn’t justify paying for when it should have already come with the order to begin with
• COFFEE MARTINI ($16) — Now the coconut might throw you off, but when paired with cold brew it actually adds an immaculate flavor to create an excellent martini. Every bit delicious and for once, a martini that doesn’t taste of pure alcohol
• BLOOD ORANGE ($16) — A MUST ORDER. Light flavor, easy on the alcohol, and just enough of a carbonated kick to really make you wonder why you always default to mimosas for breakfast. And did I mention how large the goblet is?!? Definitely had to put it in a to-go cup since!
— I’m only rating them 4-stars since I don’t believe the food necessarily justifies the price but you’re at Bellagio and you come to Sadelle’s for an elevated brunch experience. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience here at Sadelle’s and can definitely see myself coming back here for their happy...
Read moreToday we had breakfast at Sadelle’s, located inside the Bellagio Hotel, right by the conservatory. My family and I visited for our annual Christmas breakfast, and the restaurant was incredibly busy. There was a line at the door, but fortunately, we had reservations. Despite the hustle and bustle, we were seated within about 10 minutes of our reservation time, which was quite reasonable.
We were given a lovely table by the window, complete with a booth and chairs that made for a very comfortable experience. The restaurant's decor is absolutely stunning, featuring light blue and peach hues, beautifully decorated ceilings, lovely seating arrangements, and gorgeous floral displays on the floor.
The staff was friendly, albeit a little frazzled due to the crowd. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant. We enjoyed coffee and mimosas while browsing a menu that, although not extensive, offered a good selection of breakfast items. One drawback was the lack of vegan options for eggs; I would love to see them introduce a substitute like “just eggs.”
My waffles were excellent, and the rest of my family tried a variety of egg dishes, all of which they found to be outstanding.
However, the restaurant could improve its attention to detail in a couple of areas. One of them regarding cutlery and dishes. We encountered two knives that were somewhat dirty, as well as a cup with food residue. The second one was the man bringing the waters and the coffee who was different than our waiter. He simply plopped the coffee carafes by the edge of the table with the milk in a rushed sort of frazzled manner. Our table was a large round table for 8, it would have been nice if he made an effort in the placing of the items, perhaps one carafe on one end and the second one at the other end?… it’s about the little details as this is an upscale classy place. I expected a bit more. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to check these items before placing them on the table and to train the staff on stress management and attention to detail.
Overall, it was a nice experience. I would rate Sadelle’s a three out of five, primarily due to those minor hiccups. It’s certainly a pretty place to...
