We recently visited Siegel's Bagelmania in Las Vegas and had a good experience overall, though it didn't quite stand out compared to some of the other breakfast spots in the city.
We ordered a build-your-own bagel sandwich with a jalapeño cheddar bagel, scrambled eggs, avocado, onion, and veggie schmear. The sandwich was tasty, and the bagel had a nice balance of flavor. We also tried Dr. Hoffman’s "Straight out of Philly" omelette platter, which was decent, though we were disappointed that the kitchen substituted key ingredients without notifying us, not even informing our server. The classic chocolate shake was rich and creamy, and we finished our meal with a Pinkbox Chocolate Bar doughnut—always a fun treat. Overall, the food was good, and the prices were reasonable, but there are better breakfast spots in Vegas if you're looking for a more exceptional meal.
Our server was fantastic—patient, attentive, and responsive to our questions. We never felt rushed, and the service was timely. However, the lack of communication from the kitchen regarding ingredient substitutions in the omelette was disappointing and affected the overall experience.
Siegel's Bagelmania has a bright, open, and fun atmosphere. The space is welcoming whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. We loved the vintage Vegas photos that gave the place a nostalgic feel. The restaurant was clean and comfortable, with both table and booth seating options. There is also free parking available onsite, which is a nice convenience. The restaurant is accessible for those using mobility devices, making it a great choice for a variety of needs. A bonus was the Pinkbox Doughnut shop located inside, adding an extra layer of fun to the experience.
While Siegel's Bagelmania is a good spot for a casual breakfast, especially if you're craving a solid bagel or a Pinkbox doughnut, it may not be the top choice for those looking for the best breakfast in Vegas. That said, it's worth a visit for the atmosphere and...

First of all, I had the most AMAZING server named Allen. This guy was the epitome of good service. He was friendly , enthusiastic, and he knew the menu like he wrote it himself. A true professional at his craft. This guy even suggested sandwiches for us to try. He described them so vividly that I couldn’t resist. I am not an easy person to persuade lol. His recommendations were DELICIOUS.
You have to try a flavored soda. I really loved the Strawberry Watermelon Soda. It was light and not too sweet. On my last visit I liked the Chocolate Bacon Soda too. My friend enjoyed the Not Kosher Mary (Bloody Mary🩸). The bacon garnish on it was tasty.
Based on my server’s recommendation I had the Oh Yeahhh. It was a stunning sandwich. Pastrami, Swiss, avocado, and a fried egg came together harmoniously. Unfortunately, I had to send it back. It had too much fat on it for me. This is just my preference. No complaints on taste. I opted for the leaner cut next time. It was really good. My friend had the sliders and they were yummy. The bread is very unique.
I ended things with the Peanut Butter Explosion Cake and the Banana Bread Pudding. The PBE was the winner. It was very light and smooth. Sometimes peanut butter is overpowering in desserts. However, that was not the case. The peanut butter mousse was unforgettable. As for the Banana BP, it was a little too sweet for me but I did enjoy it.
I’m already plotting what I will try on my next visit. I still gotta try the Pinkbox Donuts that they have. I also have to try an actual bagel 😂. Siegel’s Bagelmania will be a regular stop when I am in town.
This place is a food lovers haven. Stop thinking about it and get on over to Siegel’s Bagelmania and see Allen. Tell them Guilty P...
Read moreFour stars for ambiance and service. This retro deli is just steps away from the Strip. It is one of the cleanest establishments you will ever step into here in Las Vegas. The deli pays tribute to the history of the city with a 1970s black and white photo mural covering the walls of a side room. A splash of color indicates the location of the deli today. Pretty cool! The lighting is bright throughout the deli. The music matches the retro vibe of thebdeli and is pumped out at a respectable level, suitable for those who would like to engage in conversation or hum along. The bathrooms are spotless and carry a Vegas theme (flamingos in the ladies..not sure about the gentleman's). There are two drawbacks to the deli. First, the prices are a bit high. That being said, it is located just off the Las Vegas Boulevard, so that may explain almost $18 for a sandwich. Deli prices are often a bit higher, which is something I have never understood, but perhaps it is the freshness one pays for. Second, the food is not the best in the city as far as deli fare goes. We had chicken noodle soup and a pastrami sandwich on a bagel. The soup left a lot to be desired in flavor and the overall quality. There was minimal flavor, very little chicken, and noodles that could have been better prepared. It did come with some excellent bagel chips. The sandwich was small. The bagel was fabulous, but the sandwich was only the bagel and meat. Mustard was provided on the side, along with a crunchy pickle (YUM) and a small side of choice. It was alright, but again, I've had better. Overall, I recommend the deli for the experience. I can't say I will be back because I am on a teacher's salary; however, it would be a great place for a birthday breakfast or to bring the occasional visitor from...
