It's just like every Wendy's. I've been here several times, and I don't think I'll be going back. I don't know what is wrong with the employees here. I ordered, ate, and was generally enjoying myself. Then before I was about to leave I went to use the restroom. This is where things got very strange. I had been in the restroom about ten minutes. I was playing a game on my phone that I play all the time, and someone knocked on the door. So naturally, I said I was inside but I'd be right out. So I out my phone up, finished everything I needed to do and was pulling my pants up (less than a minute had gone by) when another knock followed by the voice of an employee yelling at me to get out of the bathroom, straight up accusing me of 1) having been in the restroom for over an hour and 2) doing something (she implied that I was using drugs) and that she was going to open the door herself.
I was appalled! But I wanted to show that I was doing no such thing, so as soon as my pants were zipped and the toilet was flushed I flung the door open to show that I didn't have anything but my phone, and to insist that I hadn't been in there for anything even close to an hour, and I was in fact trying to be courteous since I was hurrying to get out once someone had knocked the first time. I had sent a text literally as I was walking into the restroom and after we had been arguing over her insistence that I'd been in the restroom for an hour or more, I looked at the text and saw that it had been sent 13 minutes earlier. So I insisted that I'd been in there for less than 13 minutes, and not only that, but since when do people treat people like that anyway? I hadn't even been in the restaurant for forty minutes, let alone the restroom for an hour.
In conclusion, I've never been treated like that before, nor could I believe that someone would straight up lie about some crap like that, then accuse me of using drugs in the restroom of a Wendy's... It was all I could do not to loose my temper. Believe me,I wanted to but I felt like that would only validate her and her accusation.
Then some other employee who had apparently just returned from lunch break tried to say that I'd been in there since before he left for break....
For real, screw all of them. I simply can't even imagine why they would even have done all that. I hadn't done anything to...
Read morePossibly the worse Wendy’s in Las Vegas. I come here often and I don’t normally have huge problems until, I came here at about 11:30pm on 8/9. I order my food biggie bag, ranch wrap and 2 LARGE lemonades. I pay via Apple Pay and they tell me to pull up gives me no receipt. Ok… I sit by the front door for at least 15mins but I don’t want to complain too bad because they have my food and I don’t want anything nasty happening to it. I pull back to the window, and ask “is everything okay, when will I get my food” the man at the window says “what food, do you have a receipt” of course I didn’t because the cashier/manager (he had on manager shirt) didn’t give me one… so he finally comes out the back and tells them my order and gives me a receipt. I come to Wendy’s a lot so I know a med from a large, I paid for 2 LARGE LEMONADES, and he give me 2 Mediums and gaslights me into believing the mediums are larges, and that’s what it says on the cup WHEN IN FACT, the cup was a MEDIUM and the cup had the M in red… once again they had my food so I didn’t complain…. They tell me “we’re going to make it fresh” when they didn’t it was still cold and old… now this is where it gets crazy. They didn’t give me any sauce so I had to pull back to the window, and NO ONE WAS THERE… I legit had to bang on the window for 5mins like BANG HARD, and the manager say YES, what do you want, and I say MY SAUCE. Then he give me 5 and closes the window aggressively.
Being that this was a manager acting this way was sickening. I will never return to this Wendy if I see that staff working for the night, I’m guessing it was a boys clubs and they were in the back doing idk what, because if it’s 3 people working why does it take all of y’all to leave the floor and 5 mins respond to a window. I’m contacting corporate regarding this as well, because he doesn’t need to be a manager, his service and his teams...
Read moreIve been going to Wendy's for a long time. This visit was extremely disappointing. I lost my receipt so I cannot recall the manager on duty. I was told at the window it would be 4 mins for the food and to pull to the side. With great politeness I agreed and happily moved over. 8 min later the guy comes over and tells me the friers are acting stupid. Then the manager comes outside and tells me the employee actually dropped the food. After being lied to I was told it would be another 4 mins. I was late for work already. She offers me free stuff to which I denied. (We ordered according to what we wanted to eat and denied the free food or frosties). 15 min to finally get my food from the drive thru to find out everything is cold exept for the nuggets that had just came out. The nuggets that i asked for spicy were regular. And she gave us free fries anyways to make up for everything. Thats just sad. I clearly didnt want free food just faster service and she gave me extra fries anyways which were mushy and room temperature. Disgusting. My passenger had never been to Wendy's before and after all this he was glad to drive back to the store with me to return the mush that I had paid for. Lets just say my friend most likely will never think to go there again. Ive been in the fast food industry and this is not how you take care of your guests. Wendys is supposed to be fresh food and all I got was food that had been sitting out. Get another manager that knows proper food and guest attentiveness. After everything I would have expected her to comp the meal at least. Horrible management and service by far. Wendy's is one of my favorites so this takes some doing. Go to another Wendy's because this one doesnt...
