Flavor! Flavor! Flavor! If u have been missing the Flavor in your food (while living in or visiting Utah), u absolutely MUST stop here! We shared so we could try some different Flavors and were absolutely pleased with everything! We had Focaccia ($9) - a bit heavy, not my favorite BUT the roasted red pepper salad (reminded me of a relish - no, not the kind for hot dogs😂 - atop a creamy base) was to DIE for! And I hate bell peppers 😣 but this was yumy! Meatball Toast ($19) - very homey flavored - like your Italian grandma made it just for u! - Not generic marinara thrown on bread. Hot Honey Peperoni Pizza ($22) - like the meatball toast - very flavorful with a hit of sweet and a trailing kick perfectly balanced. Wood Roasted Clams ($18) - if u like clams then u know they r not very meaty, hello, they’re clams ☺️ BUT the kicker here is the Focaccia and the sauce!!! - which had a slight kick, but in a good way. My first bite was the tip of the focaccia which was a bit burnt and with the black color of the bread, initially put me off - super glad I didn’t stop there, especially if u like bread (this focaccia, as it turns out, was light and very good - let it soak up some sauce - assuming u like bread and sauce of course - and 😘you’ll b in love ♥️. Flat Iron Steak ($40) - a plethora of flavors and textures in the veggie base and the steak was tender enough to cut with a butter knife. For desert we had the Pana Cotta - I’m not sure I have any real pana cota flavor or texture experiences in my repertoire so not much to compare it to BUT it had a heavy creamy texture - like a cross between Ice cream (but not cold like ice cream) and cream cheese (not the flavor, the texture) just sweet enough with these round “pearls” and candied blood orange bits on top (there were a little bitter - but I liked it ) and Apple Galete - a very fun flavored/textured take on apple pie with a little bit of crunch, a dash of almond paste maybe (kinda had a marzipan flavor in some bites) and, of course, apple - that wasn’t sopping in some type of sugar base. Very fresh and light vibe. All in all YUMMY!!! The place was crowded so a bit loud. You might find street parking IF u know where to look, we just used public parking for about $14 for two hours. Absolutely recommend!

$466 + Disappointed by Rude Service!!! Our experience was completely ruined by Charlie, the host/manager. We were a party of 12, enjoying a special gathering, only to have our evening cut short because we didn’t finish eating “within the time frame.” To make matters worse, Charlie rudely interrupted our meal and took the food off our table before we were done, just because the next reservation arrived. The lack of professionalism and courtesy was shocking. We understand time constraints, but there are better ways to handle such situations without making guests feel rushed or disrespected. Sadly, this behavior overshadowed what should have been a pleasant evening. We will not be returning!!!

First time in Utah…We went to twisted fern — we were so impressed. and we heard about their new restaurant LOMA so we had to try it based on our 10/10 experience. LOMA was just as good, just a different experience. I definitely recommend the wild boar and they have many Italian wines worth splurging over. The rest of my group was happy with their food & cocktails as well! It was a great finale in park city. Service, food & atmosphere are worth the visit. Book your reservation asap before this new spot gets named on all the best of park city blogs!!!

Couldn't wait to try the new place in Park City. New decor is great. Minamal but very nice. However, they did what all restaurants seem to do these days and have no sound dampening so it is loud. Outdoor patio is a nice alternative. Service was good. Better than a lot of places and the staff worked HARD to be nice. They didn't get everything right (they forgot a few things and the salad came out at the same time as the entrees) but they tried and were professional and polite and it was clear that they were interested in providing a nice dining experience. The food was flavorful. I had the agnolotti and loved the flavor and portion was great. The only downside to the meal was the dessert we chose. It was a chocolate budino. This is something I have had a countless italian restaurants throughhout my life and it never fails to be good no matter where I have ordered it. However, this budino was inedible. After 2 bites we all just gave it back and paid the bill. Usually if I don't like something that is made well I chalk it up to my own preferences. However, everyone at our table thought it was awful. Even if it was tasteless I would have preferred it to the bitter flavor. The chocolate was bitter and the ricotta was plain. Usually to liven ricotta up (which is tasteless) you add powdered sugar and vanilla. This just tasted like whipped boring ricotta with a very bitter and non sweet chocolate pudding. It was somehow bland and bitter in every bite. So, we will go back to try more entrees and we will pick another dessert and give them another chance. Lastly, the wait staff is young so she didn't even ask why we didn't eat our dessert. We did not complain and she didn't ask. I am not blaming her, it is just something you notice in restaurants where the maangement is obsessed with customer experience.....they always ask why you didn't eat something. So, my rating for the restaurant is 4 stars with 1 star taken off for the noise and terrible dessert but overall a great place for you to try and will...

We have been coming here since it opened and have never had anything but a perfect experience. The only thing better than the food is the service! Great patio for summer dinners with a great view and inside is great in the winters too. Last night we had yet another great meal. It was capped off by absolutely perfect service our server, Jamie!

We walked in at 8:15 knowing that they closed at 9p and were greeted with warmth and a smile from the hostess regardless. Jamie was awesome with her recommendations, and batted 1000% with the watermelon salad, hot honey & pepperoni pizza and the BEST tiramisu we have ever had. We had a bottle of wine and were one of two remaining tables past 9 PM and never once felt rushed pressured or uncomfortable. They kept reassuring us, as we're always aware of these things, that they had plenty to do and to take our time. Should be a staple in your list of Park...
