Dinner for two was $220 after tip. I'm not complaining, just stating that right up front so you know what you're getting into before you go. Took my wife here for her birthday while we were vacationing in Park City. We sat down with 6:30 reservations on a Sunday night. We were the only people there for the first 30 minutes. Then a few more couples rolled in but 3 of every 4 tables sat empty until 8:30 when we left. Which was nice for noise and privacy reasons. The waiter sat us at the best table in the house which was up front at the window. Wife had the special which was river trout with grilled vegetables and mashed potatoes. I had the ribeye medium rare with mushroom bread pudding and carrots on the side. Everything was great. Better than great. The mushroom bread pudding was an unforgettable flavor and the carrots were perfect and I hate steamed carrots. The steak was the star of the show. Not an extra or unwanted piece of fat on it. I finished everything. It came with a peppercorn sauce on top which was very tasty although I never eat steaks that way. It took a while for our food to arrive so the server offered us free dessert halfway thru the meal. We had the bread pudding for dessert. It was perfect. Only wish there was more of it. The only negative about this place was they were out of several menu items that night. Trout was not my wife's first choice and neither was the beer I ended up drinking. But we ended up having a wonderful dinner in a beautiful setting with great service. It couldn't have gone better. Word of warning, parking is non existent unless you are aware of the ramp directly below the restaurant. It is not marked but it's there so pay attention when...

My guest also ordered a salad which they forgot to put chicken on his as well. The goat cheese was not sliced and seared but two very tiny meatball sizes piece of cheese only two for the whole salad. 4.They both plates back but in the meantime my two friends on entrees came out so they had to begin eating while their food was warm and our food took a very long time to arrive which was just putting chicken in the salad. The waiter has bad breath. And our tables or too close to other patrons tables for safe Covid testing thing. We had to ask for Bridget To be served with the table. It’s a not arrived before the mails and only came after we requested him while waiting for our chicken salads to be brought back. Too expensive and over priced it was a most expensive chicken salad I ever had. And the ingredients and preparation… Justify the price. I could’ve made...
Read moreI read many of the reviews, the good ones and the not so good ones. I’m one of those who likes to make up my own mind, and have reviewed hundreds of restaurants around the country, this is something I like to do. I can say, without reservation, that this was a top 5 experience for me and my wife. Folks, please level set expectations. A fine dining experience like this comes with managed expectations: they are busy, they are hustling and bustling, they may take a few minutes to greet you and seat you, and they do so pleasantly and professionally. The service is outstanding, the atmosphere and ambience is excellent, and the food exceeded expectations. I highly recommend the roasted duck egg rolls for starters, as well as the roasted pear salad. My wife had the filet mignon and it was cooked to perfection. I had the Elk chop, also cooked to perfection. Both were savory and filling. As with any fine dining experience, expect to pay a premium for this dining...
