I was eating by myself. I am giving this visit a 2 just because the food was good for the most part. The service was horrible. I was greeted and immediately seated. Looking around it wasn't very busy just steady. The cleanliness was excellent and a very comfortable environment. The music was a perfect level to not distract. My server came relatively quick. During my time, my server did not have more than 4 tables that I was abke to see and each table were small tables. I ordered a Brewers omelet with a side of bacon and a coke. My server brought me my coke, started walking away and I had to ask for a straw. I noticed the starws are biodegradable and gotta give a thumbs up there. I had ran out of coke about 15 minutes later and was trying to get his attention to get a refill. Exactly 30 minutes after I ordered I received my breakfast. Not once did my server come check on me. It was brought out by I assume a bus person. They just placed it in front of me and left. Not a single word or even a smile. The breakfast brought to me was the wrong breakfast. It lookd really tasty though. After about 5 minutes I was able to flag my server down. Shared it was the wrong order. He stated. " I have you as ordering the Brewers breakfast, I shared it was the Brewers omelet. He said oh I will fix it. Grabbed the breakfast and proceeded to leave, I asked if I could get a refill and he sated you bet. Came back and took my old glass, gave me a new one but took my straw. I just blew it off as no big deal buy he disappeared and I had to get up and go ask for a straw. This might seem no big deal yo some but I am a person who does not drink from the glass at restaurants. Anyways 10 minutes later my correct breakfast came out. It looked amazing. I will say the omelet was delicious and I give it a high 4 out of 5. However my hashbrowns, bacon and muffin were very cold. It appears they took the ones off the 1st order and just replated it. Very disappointing. Then there was no jelly for my English muffin. After I was 8/10ths of the way finished I was able to flag down my server. Asked for some jelly. He pointed and said it's right there. Apparently they put it in a syrup dispenser. Who knew. Certainly not me because no one took the time to share about the condiments or ask if I needed anything. I also asked for another coke as I was already out, again. He brought one out and took my old one and I had to immediately stop him and ask for a straw. He looked at me weird and I shared , " you keep taking my straws." He just said oh and gave me a straw. Finally I had to ask for my check as still there were no follow up on me yo see if everything was OK. I still tipped 10% but that was being nice. As I was getting up to walk out he was walking over towards me. He seen me and changed direction immediately. Yes eye contact was made by me. I need to note that especially because I do my reviews I keep my interactions extremely polite and professional. I make sure to keep my conversations stress and negative free so that I may be able to post the most active feedback.

First time here but I'm sure we will be back. Came in for the holiday weekend and we are staying across the street so it seemed worth trying. The reviews are a bit mixed so we were somewhat skeptical... but pleasantly surprised after eating here. Walked in and we were seated right away. Very friendly staff. We were pretty hungry so we started off with the Artichoke Cheese dip. We didn't have to wait very long before it was brought out to the table. It's a good sized serving for easily four people. The dip was hot and very cheesy but a good taste of artichoke. Again, we were pretty hungry so we ordered some salads; I had the Greek which comes with some roasted tomatoes, Kalamata olives, pepperoncini's, feta, red onion and cilantro lime vinaigrette. The salad was delicious and I probably should have stopped here as for a meal because the salad is quite big. They give you the option to add meat to it and next time, I would do this with chicken and make it the meal. As delicious as this was, the red onion was a bit old or maybe just sliced too thin. I'm used to a Greek Salad where the red onion slices are thicker and there is more of a robust taste. Again, it was delicious but I'm not crazy about the lime vinaigrette dressing. I would have preferred a more traditional Greek dressing (olive oil, lemon, oregano, red wine vinegar, garlic and Dijon mustard). We went a little too far and had a main course. I chose the Turkey Club sandwich; I was a bit hesitant because it came on a "whole grain sprouted wheat" bread. For me, a Club sandwich comes on white or possibly sourdough. But simply, this sandwich was delicious. I'm not sure why they call it a club since it's not a triple decker sandwich, nor is it cut into fourths. It's basically a turkey and bacon sandwich with cheese. That all being said, it's a phenomenal sandwich and I would without question have again. Sadly, the only sides you get to choose from are tater tots or wedge fries. I had the wedge fries and they are very fresh and taste as they them are made at the restaurant. They do offer salad, soup, or onion rings but for $3 more. Seems as though they could offer a small side of fresh fruit. I'm not sure why I have to eat fried carbs (potato wedges or tater tots) but if I want a healthy option, I have to pay more. Why do you charge for a small salad? I can go to a Denny's and they will let me choose a salad and no extra charge. Overall, very good food and good service. I had iced tea to drink and it was a fresh brewed iced tea, but they weren't great at refilling. We didn't have any water at the table, so it would have been nice if they would have been better at refilling. The server came by frequently to ask how our food was, but only refilled our drinks once. Disappointing. But again, very good food and we would certainly come back. If you are in the area, you won't be disappointed.

If you love beer then this is one of the top place in Utah to go. We've tried several of the best breweries at this point in our trip and I think this one was a real gem we didn't expect. As a beer tourist, I was astounded that Utah law has limited draft beer to 4% abv. It has not stopped squatters/wasatch from having absolutely amazing session beers. Their canned beer is amazing as well. I tried their Bourbon Barrel Polygamy Porter and Belgian Golden Ale. Both I could write extensive reviews on. I will be buying both and bringing back to Houston with me to share with all my beer loving friends. Our waitress, Brie, shared our love for beer and was able to provide us with some good suggestions on what to try next. Amazing waitress, because of her we had a really fun night. Truly amazing beers and amazing service. She clearly knows a lot about the content of each brew. Ian was the manager and was excited to meet fellow beer lovers. I love that he's so cultured in beer. If you stop by definitely give him a shout-out. He's a cool guy who you'll love talking beer with. I wish we could have stayed longer to talk . Overall my experience was stellar. I have a deep love for beer and I think this place really gets it right. I wasn't expecting it to beat out Epic and Red Rock but I'll be damned if I didn't surpass both. If you love beer, come to Squatters. I guess we'll have to come back to Park City for the beer. Also the skiing. But mostly because of the beer. I like to say that beer is made better by great service, and that's especially true for Squatters Roadhouse Grill.

My experience at this establishment had its pros, but really was not for me. Starting with the good, my sandwich they served was not bad, and they got the particulars of my order right which is a huge plus and the service was very fast. Our main courses came out right after out appetizers, and everything moved fast. The desserts were very good as well, just wish the brownies were a bit bigger but the peanut butter pie was good. On the downside, the nachos with pork were not very good in my opinion. The pork had a funny taste that left me feeling weird with every bite which is very strange because I am a pork fanatic. If I could choose one kind of meat to eat for the rest of my life, it would be pork but anyhow I had to work my way around the pork eating the nachos which was a real bummer. While my sandwich was good, their fries or potato wedges were just a no. I say this because fries and the potato are what I live by day and night when it comes to sides. I eat french fries literally every day, and these were not fries. They were dry flavorless potato wedges. Granted, on the menu it states that sandwiches come with this but when the waitress mentioned that it comes with “Fries” I actually had some hope. These wedges I literally could not eat which has never happened to me in months. Usually even if I do not like something, I can at least finish it because well I am hungry. This I could not eat; the first french fry/potato dish that did this to me in I don't even know how long. I shared the wedges with my companions and only one of the 4 people I was with was able to finish them as well. Needless to say, they were not good and it was not just me. Dry, flavorless, and not what I wanted. I do appreciate the good service we received but unfortunately the food did not meet my standards. I left the meal feeling incomplete; if I had known that the sandwich I ordered was coming with a side that was bad, I would not have ordered it. The sandwich was good, but not good enough to hold its own. I needed more especially if the sandwich was the price of a large plain pizza that would feed me for an entire day. This spot seemed to have an excellent drink selection, but they did not have what I wanted; that said I was impressed with their options. Overall, my experience was not very good, especially for a nice ski vacation dinner. Thank goodness for the desserts, because if not I would have left on a very bad note. I definitely would not go back voluntarily but if I was with a group that wanted to go, I would need to take an entirely different route with the food. No sandwiches or anything that comes with that side. If you have the nachos, stay away from the pork I warn you. Otherwise, maybe some drinks and desserts would not hurt but not...
