Silver King Coffee — Restaurant in Park City

Food and drinks are amazing. And I get this place get slammed, but that's no excuse to get orders wrong.

I ordered a French toast bagel yesterday and pumpkin pie dirty chai iced, just to be charged for something I didn't get. I settled for the bagel with cream cheese cause I imagined how busy this place gets. Figured I try again today, just for my order to be wrong again. I ordered a French toast bagel and a pumpkin pie dirty Chai iced, received the pumpkin pie dirty Chai, but as a hot latte. They ignored my order of the French toast bagel making me and others wait for another 10 minutes. I also heard the workers talk about how it's supposed to be iced and the girl who gave me my drink said "who cares". Really questioning whether to come...

Couldn't even give this place a try. They closed 30 min early. A business should follow their posted hours so people don't waste their time driving somewhere just to be told they closed early for cleaning. Cleaning should be done after hours instead of closing early. I will not support a business that wastes my time and doesn't know how to operate a business by not operating according to their own posted hours. Some localities actually make this illegal and require you to fully operate during posted hours. You will not find a better coffee shop in all of Park City (or else where!) than Silver Coffee! Family-owned, locally-sourced, and committed to quality…you honestly will not find a better place to get coffee and other goodies-be it breakfast or lunch. As one of the only drive-thrus in all of PC, I can’t tell you how nice it is to pull up to a place like Silver King Coffee with a family in full ski-gear to get our day started with the outstanding quality of Silver King, without leaving our car!
