Possibly mismanaged, but definitely not understaffed.
I really want this Buffalo Wild Wings Go location to succeed! We really needed a B-Dubs location in Parker, CO even if it's only a pick up location.
That said, you guys have seven people in the pack and are struggling to push out one order every 10 minutes. I could feel the tension in the air as another 20-30 people patiently waited on their orders. I'm not sure how long the people before me were there, but placed my order for pickup at 5:50pm, and didn't leave until about 6:50pm due to my order being incorrect.
Unfortunately you guys left out my fries, and the four groups of orders handed out before mine were also missing various items. Everyone with a messed up order waiting at least another 10-20 minutes while you pushed out other orders which made the food you gave us cold and soggy by the time we got to eat it. Personally, I didn't care so much since I was just trying to make the game I was now 20 minutes late for, but you guys should've at least offered to replace the cold orders or refund the people who were clearly upset they had to wait almost half an hour for their order, then another almost half hour to have it fixed.
I understand this is a new branch, and I understand you guys are still getting the hang of things, but you've been open almost a month and my first visit to your location wasn't nearly this bad, nor was it remotely good either. I didn't leave a review the first time because I expected improvement as it's a new location. It appears that things have gotten worse since then.

   Read moreWe called in an order of 50 boneless wings to feed 6 adults on Father's Day. The call was made 2.5 hours prior - and we were asked to pickup at 5:30. I arrived right on time only to stand in line for an additional 50 minutes. If the food was good, I wouldn't share this experience. Unfortunately, however, the wings were awful. There was very small pieces of chicken, absolutely 'caked' in a ridiculous amount of breading. Our entire group was peeling off the layers of breading and complaining about how we were truly ripped-off. We also ordered celery & carrots. That order was skimpy as well as there were only enough for 2 people and one ranch serving was included. Since day 1 of Buffalo Wild Wings opening, we have been long-time, loyal customers. We'd always order for every holiday, get-togethers, birthdays, and weekends. It's always been a family & friends favorite. This past Father's Day was sadly a huge disappointment. We had no backup plans for dinner, and ended up ordering pizza for everyone. The pickup area was filled with other waiting customers. The staff was friendly, and the front counter girl apologized saying they were under-staffed. It would have been nice to have had known this at the time of ordering, I would have gladly chosen...
   Read moreI don't even know where to start with how horrible this location is. I can't tell you about the food because I actually never got it. The employees working there are so rude. They laughingly call their order time a "promise time". I ordered wings to pick up at 5:30. I showed up at 5:40 and was told that it would be another 20 - 25 min. I was understanding since it was really busy. I went back in 30 min and they told me that it would be 45 min to an hour, maybe longer. I told them I had already left and come back when they told me to come back and they said, you can cancel your order if you want. I told them this is unbelievable and they started laughing and said "Thanks!"". I'm not waiting hours after my order time to maybe be told to wait some more. As I sat there, dozens of people were told to come back later over and over. When I asked for a refund, they gave me no receipt or evidence that I didn't get my order. They jotted down my name and last 4 of my credit card on the back of an old receipt and told me it would be processed in a week or two. Apparently, no one but the district manager can process refunds??? I have no faith that I'm going to get that refund and I have nothing...
