My family and I tried this place for the first time. I love the concept, the cookie display is gorgeous and looks delicious, and they sell ice cream here! We tried the chocolate chip and the birthday cookie. They were both very doughy and unfortunately the chocolate chip was raw in the middle. We were totally bummed because we’ve been wanting to try this place for a while. The smell alone get your mouth watering. The cookies himself from what we could he did have a slight aftertaste not sure what it was from though. The customer side of the store was impeccably clean however the kitchen workspace side was a mess. We wanted to try ice cream but they only had one flavor in stock which was a peanut brittle so we opted out of that. Overall it’s clear that it could’ve been better for my first experience however I don’t think that I would ever stop by again. For five dollars per cookie it’s not worth the hype in my opinion

I think this place has some of the best cookies I’ve ever had like woah are they good! We ordered an assortment and every single flavor we got (the flavors rotate weekly) was excellent. They are some of the richest cookies I’ve ever had and that’s coming from a sweets lover. Because they are so sweet and rich I reccomeneded you order 1 cookie for yourself or when ordering multiple plan to cut them up and share them with a group. The assortment was perfect to cut and then split with a group while being able to try all the flavors. The best is their sugar which is kinda like a traditional sugar cookie crossed with a butter cookie - absolutely genius plus sugar and chocolate chip are available every week. Overall fantastic place to checkout and highly recommended!

Let me begin by saying that this place is fabulous, and their cookies are delicious! We've purchased cookies a couple of times and the service and product have been perfect, but today was different. I live an hour away, so by the time I checked the box, it was too late and I was too far to return. I noticed that one of my cookies was missing almost a 1/4 chunk of it. The missing piece is pretty obvious, but the cookie was still decorated and sent out. I guess I should have checked before I left, but isn't that where quality control comes in? As I stated before, I love this place, their customer service and their cookies. I will continue to make purchases, but in the future, I will make sure to check my cookies before I leave.

I usually love this place and stop by randomly to pick up a single delicious cookie for myself or as a gift. Today the cashier got mad that I did not tip enough and gave me this mess. Incorrect frosting and the blackberry jam was all over the inside and outside of the box. I watched her as she showed all the customers before me their cookie and ask if it looked good, then she just kinda handed me this gross box and left. I have to wonder why I wasn’t asked if my cookie was acceptable. I just dont think I should have to tip 3 dollars on a 4 dollar cookie to get a clean box. Gross
