Crumbl - Parker — Restaurant in Parker

I’m torn as to how many stars to leave for this particular location. I’ve had different experiences each time. Most have been good. Cookies are great and service good. However, today was terrible. Sent an order in two hours ahead of time for curbside pickup. When I arrived, order was still not completed and the guy putting it together moved at a snails pace with no care in the world. When I finally got home and gave the cookies to my loved one excited to try the week’s new cookies, they weren’t completed; missing toppings and sloppily placed in the container overlapping. Never had this happen before, but after watching the guy who prepared it, I’m not surprised. When I returned, the girl at the counter was very apologetic and the other girls working there were hustling. The same guy was still walking around lazily and just shrugged when told what happened and grinned. They replaced all the cookies so I’m very thankful for that. I may start using the location nearest my office rather than this one which is closer to home if I have to deal...

Terrible service. Teenagers running the store have the worst attitude. I purchased 4pk for pickup. I received notification that order was ready. When I arrived, one flavor was out of stock. Instead of refunding the one out of stock flavor (apple-due to apple shortage),I was given attitude - the cashier insisted each remaining cookie be paid for individually. Apple shortage is a flat lie as that flavor is available at other locations. There is a discount for 4 cookies, paying for 3 individually costs more per cookie which I was not willing to do.

Bottom line: Apple cookies should not have been sold to walk up customers while customers who pre-ordered had already paid for them.

HUGE BUMMER. This location was great when it first opened and has gone swiftly down hill since it's been over-run by naive teenagers. Managers are never in store/available in Parker. The Centennial location is so much better AND they are the only tester location in Colorado with an extra cookie on menu each week. We will not be returning to...

I've had crumbl cookies before but this was the first time going to the store. Went around 11:30 and it was so easy to place my order for there was no one there. By the time I left, maybe 5 minutes later, there were three other customers and another coming in as I was leaving.

No one in my family are really cookie people but I had a coupon for a free chocolate chip so that's what got me into the store. Once there, I saw the selection and decided to splurge on three more cookies. I purchased their lemon meringue cookie, a double chocolate chip cookie, and a snickerdoodle. These cookies are so big that I could divide them into thirds so everyone in the family could have a taste. I must tell you it was a big third and a big taste! The lemon meringue cookie received top votes. All the others were just as good especially the double chocolate chip which I zapped in the microwave for a few seconds... yum!
