Today, I can't rate my food from this Wendy's at it has changed its hours to openning at 10am and my visit was at 9:46 am. In the meantime this Wendys appears to have turned into a bus depot. I was trapped in the drive up lane as individuals were congregated and parked in the drive up lane. It was being used to unload people and their luggage quite a distance from bus parked outside of the Wendy's parking lot. A Wendy's employee banged on the pick up window and told me that Wendy's was closed and I would have to move out of the drive up lane. I explained that he needed to open the window and see that there was an unattended vehicle parked in the drive up lane. He told me that it must be someone who was getting on the bus ( his exact words were "must be bus, must be bus")and I would have to back up the 100+ feet to exit the drive up lane (that was more of a gesture). I began to back up and only got about 15 feet and hit the curb. Thankfully, the indiviual who was using the drive up lane for parking exited the restaurant ( I thought is was closed?) and got into her car and drove away (She had no food). Read moreI dare to say this is probably the friendliest location of anyone to sweep her opinion. That is not to say that the other Wendy's haven't been professional and polite but this location seems to go above and beyond being polite!
Our food which was as, usual,the four dollar special,was good and delicious for the price. To this we also added several frostys because we have the frosty keychain l, which I seriously recommend everyone that goes to Wendy's on regular basis to buy! if you don't know what the keychain is, it's a two dollar tag you by every time you going to buy food you can present it to them for free tiny frosty. Read moreProbably one of the best employees, I believe is named Dante, gave me the best experience I have ever had at any customer service based place I've gone to. My family came in and they are "those type" of customers. The people that order a lot, ask a lot of questions, kind of annoying to deal with, and overall a big burden, especially near closing time. Dante was patient, kind, respectful, and fully understanding. Never once could you sense that he was burdened or annoyed and it relieved a lot of the anxiety that I have when I go out with my family.
