McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasco

Visit this location the most in from all location in tri cities, and reason for that is convenience. BUT NOMORE!!! I have the mobile and always use this. All I order is coffee and nothing special but seem like they always get the order wrong or takes for ever to receive. I know with COVID 19 things have been tough for everyone so I have given them opportunity after opportunity. Well this last time I went to order the same order BUT this time they charged me $20.58 and I asked how did that happen, person at the window said she accidentally combined my order with person behind me and manger will fix it at next window, manger at next window had no clue so I told her what happened and she voided the transaction. I asked for a receipt and she said she was unable to give me the receipt. Days later I notice they pulled the money from my acct. I called this location and manger on duty gave me number admin off in Kennewick. Was on the phone with and have email conversation with a person and she tells me she unable to refund me the money with no reason why, our mobile app show no history of transactions made that day. Person from admin office send me an email at 1232pm but according to her coworker when I called at at 1235 pm for an explanation she say the person helping me is out for the day and left just b4 1230pm. So I am currently going thru my bank to dispute the charge. WORSE LOCATION IN...

Lovely crew but horrible management by general store manager wouldn’t recommend this place to eat or to work. Managers don’t take care of there employees instead of addressing a problem they avoid it because they don’t wanna spend the money to fix it. They’re most loyal crew members that have been there from the beginning are treated poorly general store manager Chris is all about the money not keeping his employees safe or happy. Making millions of dollars a day and they can’t put up the proper security cameras to make employees feel safe. Spending tons of the company’s money to hire someone younger and dumber instead of handling things the right way. Fryers not being cleaned properly only being deep cleaned once a year despite how often they are used.. Broken Washer so towels that they clean tables with are not being washed thru a proper washer cycle. Putting couple to works together causing more conflicts and issues management some not all aren’t very helpful actually very lazy. So many problems there it’s ridiculous. This place has really gone careening downhill. We've been going here for almost four years now, usually two or three times a month. They used to be pretty solid. Over the last few months though, literally every single order we've received has been wrong, despite repeating it multiple times and double checking with the person at the window.

Tonight was really the last goddamn straw. Not only was my burger the exact opposite of what I asked for and repeated THREE TIMES, my husband's burger was a disgusting abomination that looked like they'd dipped the entire thing, bun and all, through the deep fryer and then thrown it into the box. The entire bun, box, bag, and every item below it in the bag were completely soaked in the grease pouring from this heart-attack-to-go. The pictures really can't do justice to how soaked everything was, including my hands and pants where I'd set the bag down before noticing after it seeped through onto my legs.

Either management here has changed or they just stopped giving a crap entirely, but either way, give this place...
