Disappointed at this restaurant tonight, January 31, 2017. My wife and I each had a 2017 Cow Calendar Card. We bought them as part of a fundraiser for our school. So having SPENT hard-earned money to buy the cards we were there to redeem the offer for a “free” (that we already paid for) bowl of soup. We were told that they were out of soup. Alright, so they were literally unable to honor their offer. I would have preferred that they had planned ahead and been prepared, but that’s not what made me really angry. What angered me was that the manager refused to offer substitute food in an effort to make good on their end of the deal. Per the owner-operator, they were not offering substitutions. This had happened to enough people that there was a policy of denial in place. I pointed out that they probably would be throwing extra food away at the end of the night anyway. Still, respecting her boss, no substitutions – no nuggets, sandwich, cookie, shake, waffle fries, yogurt, fruit, napkin, plastic flatware, nothing. In short, we paid for product – via the card – and did not receive product. Nor did the owner operator make even an anemic effort to make good on the deal by offering something else. I don’t think I’ll be buying a calendar card next year. I can just donate money directly to my school. Nor do I plan to purchase food at this restaurant in future. Read moreNormally I wouldn’t come to this chick fil a because something always goes wrong never fails, today I went knowing the experiences I’ve had previously thinking maybe it would be better. I came through the drive through everything was pretty smooth, got my food before the 3 cars I front of me so I thought hey were off to a good start! I went to the light and dumped my bag out as I do and no hash browns! Great now I have to turn around. This time I went inside and a manager was at the register he seemed a little questionable when I said I never received the hash browns never the less he gave me hash browns. Great right ? So again we’re at the light I dump both bags out and unwrap my sandwich…… wrong sandwich this sandwich had cheese, bacon, and eggs. So again we had to turn and go back to the store luckily I was at the light. Came back and the manager was still there, he looked a little scared (no I didn’t have an attitude or bad energy) I put the bag on the counter and just asked for a refund since the only correct thing about my order was my lemonade. He agreed gave me a full refund and still fulfilled the order. Though he did a awesome job re-rectifying the situation, this is maybe the 4th or 5th time I’ve had a problem with this particular location. Read moreThis place continues to be a big miss, especially in the evenings. A family member ordered a salad for me and brought it straight home tonight and put it in the fridge. I got it barely an hour later when I got home from work and immediately when I opened it, I could smell that it was sour and spoiled. The apples were brown and soggy and half of the lettuce was slimy, wilted and gross! I tried to pick out the bad pieces initially, but it became too much. I tried a bite of the fruit which was sour and gross. This was completely disgusting! If it hadn't been so late, I would have brought it back and made them remake it, but I shouldn't have had to do that at all. This salad should have NEVER been served to someone. Sadly this isn't the first time this has happened, and it continues to happen. We are often missing parts of the meal, have half-full fries, or get spoiled food like tonight's salad. I shouldn't have to continually go back to get missed food items or get things re-made, but they have been straight sloppy and horrible with their food preparation.
