Last time I remembered, KFC was like a real competitor versus something like Popeyes or Chick-Fil-A, well I'm here to tell you the third wheel and maybe the elephant in the room, to address the Big 3.
Food: What do you expect? Chicken. Who do you expect? Kentucky Fried Chicken? When do you expect? Now of course, all jokes aside their chicken is tender and very chewy on the inside, not undercooked or overcooked, somewhat crunchy too but topped off with the sauce is a legendary masterpiece you cannot miss. The comeback sauce is an exact replica of the Raising Cane's sauce we all know and love, Plus the Honey BBQ gives a cool chill to your mouth as you soothe down on it.
Service: Staff are friendly, they greet you as you approach the counter, let you take up as much of your time as possible to wait and get the order of your dreams and oh, the waiting times were fast, under a minute fast.
Atmosphere: Decent amount of people at this location, not sure what all the hate is about but a KFC in collaboration with a Circle K gas station? That sounds like a win in my book, what's better then 1 win? 3 wins, and that is the feeling you get when you're at KFC compared to CFA...
Read moreIf the store is still open online enough to take my money, the store is still open for you lazy people to throw a chicken sandwich together. There is no staffing or covid excuse for the service I received from KFC last night. I placed an order online. The order went through all the steps and I got the message that it was ready. When I arrived at KFC the door is locked. So I went to the drive through. The perfectly capable person on the clock told me that they close at 8. There is nothing about the store indicating that it closes early. There is nothing online indicating the hours have changed. Clearly there is someone there to tell people there is nobody there. The computers are still up because the order went through. YOUR ONLY EXCUSE IS PURE LAZINESS!!! So I had to spend another hour on the phone with KFC to get a refund. Maybe the refund will be in my bank account soon. They can charge me immediately and deny me the service that I paid for immediately. But they just can't provide a refund immediately. This business does not deserve to continue. Do better or shut it...
Read moreI NEVER write reviews, but I just had to. I ordered 14 items for a company lunch. I had to order off of Doordash because the KFC website was not working. I get there and they hadn't even confirmed my order yet. So I had to wait about 30 minutes over my expected pick up time. Then they tell me they are out of chicken breast. I wasn't going to go back to work to update everyone's order, so I told them just put whatever pieces of chicken they had in the boxes. Get to work and pass out lunches and they are missing three lunches. I start to head back that way and I call them to let them know they missed three lunches and they want to argue with me that they had everything in the bags. Then they tell me I need to bring all the food back, so they can make sure it wasn't there. Trust me, if it weren't for the fact that I was purchasing for people at work, I would not have gone back to get the food. When I get there, they told me AGAIN it was all in the bag.
