First and foremost I love Hooters. I'm from out of town but every time I come this way I stop to enjoy the experience. So I soon as I get to hooters I park, go in sit at the bar. It takes 5 to 7 minutes for me to order my drink. Once I get my drink it took another solid 5 minutes for me to get my menu. So 20 minutes in and I finally have a drink, menu, now it's time to order those delicious wings! I finally get the bartender's attention, after she has been flirtin with this old man it seems like the entire time I've been Here, and order. The food was quick I'd say 7 to 10 minutes. As I'm sitting enjoying my wings, the manager calls a meeting right beside me at the bar. All the hooters girls come-up and they start talking. The manager starts his meeting, then goes into piercings and tattoos. This one girl had tattoos over her arm and had to cover them up with make up, that's fun I understand the manager then proceeds to bash tattoos and says "how can you have tattoos and be successful" coming from someone who is covered in tattoos with 2 sleeves chest and full back piece and let's leave, well, let's just say I'm doing fine for myself so that rubbed me the wrong-way. I finish my meal asked for my ticket page using debit and once I got my ticket back-to son for the tip, the girl wanted to hang around me And see what I was going to tip her. Long story short between the horrible service from my waitress Tama and the manager bashing someone's personal beliefs, tattoos, while I was sitting right there, I do not believe I will ever be back. This was a horrible experience and a waste of $27. I should have just went to McDonald's drive-through it would have been better service, believe...
Read moreAfter being out all day dealing with this sticky humidity Bipolar Alabama weather, came in to a nice air conditioned environment. Only been to this location a few times and it’s always been amazing. The waitresses are always smiling and social even if you’re not at their table. Shoutout to Ivy, Jayden,Taylor . They’re always awesome and on top of their game. Fun personalities as well. Ivy does recommend some good food which I’m never disappointed with. We gonna talk about an issue real quick. Apparently they can’t make certain substitution for foods that you want depending on the manager who’s there? Like if I order a burger and it comes with curly fries, I can’t get Waffle fries? If I want a quesadilla, I can’t get chicken but instead I have to get the Philly? You know I’m not gonna point any elbows on that manager cough cough James. Why so strict? Matt however is the goat. Very nice and helpful. Talks to the customers and checks up on them. Not hiding in the back being Mr. chicken police *cough cough * James. Other than that, customer service is a 10 out of 10. I can’t recommend alcohol. I dont drink, cause I’m a real man. Haven’t tried their full menu, but one burger I had was delicious and juicy, shrimp tacos is good. I would say chicken quesadilla instead of a Philly, but you may not get to experience that depending on the manager. Yes I am petty about that. You don’t understand the mouth cravings I had all day for that. That’s all I have to say. Raise Hell, Praise Dale, Roll Tide or War Eagle if you’re...
Read moreI usually come here before or after the hockey game next door and usually don't have any issues but that all came to screeching halt last night, as I entered at approx. 5:08pm I was behind a couple of other guys walking in and stopped at the greeter desk but no one would approach so they sat themselves as did I and they were approached by a waitress in minutes, I however couldn't get any interaction until after I approached a waitress and asked if there was a server working the table I was at because I had friend's on the way, she asked who had seated me and I told her I did myself because no one was the greeter desk and she seemed to get irritated and said that was why I did not have a server and they "could not chase people down that seat themselves" once my friends she brought over another young lady and said that she would be our server and that one would not even make eye contact, threw the menus on the table and walked off, once we finally had our order taken it was now around 5:45, two of the four orders of food arrived around 6:20 and the rest nowhere in sight, the original server came back to the table and said she was working on the rest of our order but we had to cancel it because we would be late for the game. as we were walking out she then brought the rest of the food and seemed to get even angrier because we refused to store shrimp in our truck for the next 4-1/2hrs. Not all but some of the servers at this place really need more training on their...
