Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I am not one to write s review but WOW worst chipotle ever!!! I used to come here about a year ago and was a normal chipotle. Now that I have moved down the street, management has to have changed! I’ve gone on four different occasions and there is always something wrong. 1st time we waited 30 minutes to get our orders!! 2nd time (the following week) we waited as per usual 25 mins to get served and once I was there was no more lettuce nor chips to eat with my guac. 3rd time I was excited because there was finally a short line and upon arrival the blonde girl with accent announced that there was no steak. The prep time was going to take 10-15 minutes. To her surprise half of the line was there for steak. So customers began taking order of their line!! making sure that others went ahead if their orders were other than chicken. 4th time was just yesterday 4/13/2019 I ordered for pickup to avoid their long lines. No surprise at all the pick up line was long and only one person working on mobile orders. I waited 10 mins before the guy doing the pick up orders asked the girl with glasses on the register to hand me a cup while I waited. She completely ignored him and he then had to stop orders to hand me a cup. Food is always good but their line is always a MESS & DIRTY. Tables always dirty and trash is always full. always missing ice in soda machine and that station looks like a hurricane hit it. I’ve encountered snotty management yelling at the blonde girl with the accent to sound off when things are shallow but when she does the guy cooking ignores her!! She needs to be promoted for her consistent hard work, good customer service and good sportsmanship. Because let me tell you I was about to tell something to that guy ignoring her and say something to that manager. Whatever happened to this chipotle i dont know but corporate needs to get...

Usually don’t review this fast food places but I had to share my experience yesterday at this place. I was there with my daughter and we wanted to buy two bowls. They only have one person fixing the bowls. The one lady that was getting the bowl started was very rude and was not helpful at all. The poor guy that was fixing the bowls was alone. She wouldn’t offer help. Nobody offered help to him. He had to go and get the replenishments to the back of the store all by himself meanwhile there’s a line almost out the door and the lady that was getting the bowls started just left and started walking around waiting for him to do what he was doing. This lady was just helping herself with the meat and then she went to get a drink and then she was just talking with the cash register lady and with the rest of the employees that were just walking around except for the guy that was cutting the meat in the back, meanwhile the poor guy fixing the bowls was there working all alone and stressed out. She could’ve easily help the guy with finishing preparing the bowls. People on the line was getting frustrated and nobody was helping him. We questioned her about why she wouldn’t offer him a hand and she got very defensive to the point that I guess the manager had to intervene and asked her to walk away. There was a line all the way out the door but she wouldn’t care to speed up the service. I didn’t have this experience before at this place. But yesterday was just so unfair. My last review of this was without a doubt the worst review I’ve ever done. I received a free entrée from chipotle for being a loyal customer. I assumed on Wednesday afternoon this location wouldn’t be as packed as a Friday night which is when I had my horrid experience last time. Nevertheless, I walked in today expecting to pick up my food at 3:50 PM in front of me were six other guests waiting for food with the line reaching the door Two of which were extremely upset about how long it was taking and I immediately regretted parking in the 10 minutes only spot because I felt it was going to take ages. It seems that the staff here are committed to producing the slowest amount of work possible. I received my food 10 minutes after I was able to pick it up which wasn’t terrible considering this location. Once I drove home and opened my bowl I was laughing out loud to see that this was in fact not my order even though my name was on the ticket. This bowl had the wrong protein, no fajitas, no brown rice and the best part was that it was COMPLETELY cold. I live minutes away from this Chipotle which makes me think how long this wrong order was just sitting there until an employee decided “let me just put a lid on it and sell it to some idiot.”

This is without a doubt the most dysfunctional buisness in Pembroke Pines.
